Date: 10/24/23 I've been unsuccessful in reaching you with the exception of a couple of texts you sent. You never called back, avoided my calls and wouldn't answer texts. We are trying to get you to complete the work as indicated in our contract. Per contract, it was supposed to have been completed last Monday, October 16th then moved the date to Sunday, October 22nd in which none of your crew was at the house since last Thursday and that was for about **************************** the counter top. As of now, we do not have cabinet doors for the cabinet we paid to have built. Nor do we have the hardware installed on them because we don't have doors. We do not have our tile backsplash, grout, mortar, hood for the stove, gas line moved in kitchen, pan/drain for the water heater, and new door for the living room to the outside of house. You stated that you purchased all of these listed except for the appliances. We immediately paid invoice when you quickly sent it over to us minus a receipt from ******. To date, you have over 2k in our materials. We have no idea why you're behavior has changed so dramatically and being abandoned and ignored has left us with no other choice. We are requesting that you complete the job in its entirety by noon on Thursday, October 26th, 2023. If you cannot complete this for whatever reason, we are requesting you reimburse us $2000.00 for our materials and $500.00 for labor we did not receive and lost time (8 days past due date). ****** will send you a request to pay via Apple pay which is one of the methods we used to pay you.We really want to rectify this so we can move on and get our home project completed. There are no hard feelings and we just want what is fair. I've attached the signed contract but there was an additional $1500.00 you added to it for the new lower kitchen cabinets (total = 8k labor ****************** ********************************* ************************************************************************
