    In October of last year, we leased a motorhome from American Dream Vacations. This was the second time we rented an R V for this company. On arrival, the unit wasn't ready and we spent an hour and a half waiting on the unit to be "Made Ready", even though we had paid $150 to have the unit ready for our pick-up at the communicated appointment.Additionally, we were required to pay a $500 deposit which as to be returned to us after returning the unit.American Dram Vacations has agreed to refund us both the "Make Ready" fee as well as the deposit timely after the unit was returned.Several attempts have been made to recover this, but, we have been given excesses and delays each time..We need to recover a total of $650 from American Dream Vacations.****
