    I have worked for this company for a few years now and I must say that this is the worst it has ever been. They have opened up an office in Temple and it has been complete and total chaos. They have been messing up officers' pay and lying to them about it. When corporate is contacted they don't reply either. My officers and I have been waiting on pay discrepancies to be fixed for over a month and a half now and we are still getting the run-around and told different things. I have been a supervisor for many years and Still have not received the training on how to work their system as far as logging in pay and scheduling. They do not communicate with their officers no matter how many times we call or text them and we can't leave voicemails because it says that they are full. I have received many complaints from new officers about how this company again does not communicate with them and blames them for something after they were told by ******** Or ******* in the temple office that they would contact them. I have been patient with this company for many years and now I am tired. I will be filing a complaint with the ***** *********** and whomever else I see fit to hold this company accountable for thier actions and the way they treat their employees.
