    I called the medmutual protect two months ago to cancel my policy. I was transferred at least twice, before the female representative found my account and stated it would take at least two weeks before the account would be officially closed, but it will be closed. I received a letter today 3/28/24 stating that they are going to draft my account, and sorry for the billing delay. Excuse me, the account is supposed to be CLOSED. The phone number on this letter is **************. If you draft draft money out of my account, after the account/policy has been closed by me, that is unlawful!
