      I was told by a fraud alert that $57.00 was charged to my bank account, so now I had to stop using my card, throw it away and wait days for a new card, thats frustrating as I cant use my card for anything! ********** *** for the car, etc!! Very wrong to take money that was not approved , they basically stole from me!

There is also no records or any attempt contacting the support team that is why we reached out on email asking for the details necessary to locate the charge that was mentioned.       ***THIS IS A REOCCURRING ISSUE*** I thought was resolved in December - then again in February; apparently if I have enough $ in my PayPal account; this is still being charged/allowed through?I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED CHARGES FOR THIS *NON EXISTENT* MEMBERSHIP!!!!ATTEMPTED to "CANCEL" Non-existent "Membership" (NO ITEMS OR NUMBER Sent!!)       We apologize for the late response. Please be aware that the customer was able to contact us last August 9, 2023 and we responded the necxt day via email. Attached is the response showing the cancellation and refund of the whole transactions. The packages were sent and delivered and the customer should keep it for the inconvenience. Thank you.
