      Date: 4/09/2024 Payment: $243.85 Business promise: The agent at the company promised to help process the refund and to call back at 5pm. I called back at 5pm only for another agent to pick up the phone and say they were unable to process any payments and would not provide me with any way to contact the management or the payment team then hung up the call.Nature of the issue: Unauthorized towing of my personal vehicle for the brief period of time I had left it in the visitor parking spot while visiting a resident at the property (I ensured the car was not parked in a reserved space).The vehicle was towed by Reliant towing. They are a contracted company of MAA ******************* apartment complex. I had reached out to the property management and they discussed that they apologized for the towing as their contract with Reliant Towing is to tow vehicles on their property after the leasing office closes at 6pm and to contact the towing company for reimbursement. Reliant Towing would not provide any assistance and each agent stated over a record call different ways how they would handle the situation. Both of which were unresolved.

      No other "agent" has the ability to approve a refund, except the owner.  There was no such agreement for a refund ever given.  If there was, I'm sure he would have spoken to whom the agreement was reached.  Instead, this complaint is the first I have ever heard of such agreement.  I researched the tow to make sure there was nothing wrong with the tow itself.  The vehicle is not a registered with the property, and it has NEVER been registered as a visitor on the property (one of these has to be true in order to park anywhere on the property).  The tow was legal, there will not be a refund issued.

      My vehicle was towed on 01/22/2024 by Reliant Towing because my vehicle did not have a permit sticker. Which I am at fault for that. While my vehicle was being towed it fell from the tow truck and my whole bumper came off as well. I went the same day to get my vehicle from them and had to pay the fees, which I did with not problem like I said its my fault my vehicle didnt have a permit. I showed the girls at the front the video of my vehicle bumper being ripped off and of my vehicle falling from the tow truck. They said the manger would contact me within 2-5 days. Never heard anything back. I tried calling several times and never got a response because the manager/owner was not in. Ever since I got my vehicle back the bottom of the grill was bent and it started leaking oil. I feel like I should not be paying for these damages since I was not the one who did them!!!! ****** is proof of everything. Which I have emailed to them as well and never heard anything back once again!!! Below is pictures of my car before and while he was trying to put it on the tow truck. I also have a video of the whole thing , but unfortunately I am not able to upload videos through the documents. When I went up there to get my car even one of the guys said hes not even lifting the car right they told me dont worry maam we will take care of it which I dont know what that meant since I still had to pay full price and never heard anything back. I want yall to pay for what their employee BROKE. I will contact a lawyer if no further action is taken by this company.

      date: 3/3/24 cost: ~234 I was spending the night at a friends house. I was there for less than 10 hours and got towed even though there were plenty of spaces available. nonetheless, when I went to retrieve my car, I had only a few bucks of cash on me. 1) the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude, slammed the window on me, and would not answer simple questions I had. 2) she demanded that I give cash, which according to ***** law, and the sign on their building, they are REQUIRED to accept credit cards. she would not give me my vehicle back without cash. I was not the only person there that morning and everyone was very upset with her and how she was handling herself.

      02/26/2024 @ 6 pm I am filling a discrimination complaint Good afternoon, I do not work for Reliant Towing, but my vehicle was towed unlawfully by this company. The reason for my claim is because the people who work there are rude and racist. I was called a ******* and was told to get off their property, the woman who yelled at me and my sister claimed to be Native ******** and called ** wetbacks, food stamp, ******** b***s, then she cursed ** out in Spanish. This is unprofessional and it affected me emotionally. I want to ask for help against these people and to report them for bad service, I called 911 and the ****************** showed up to help us. They have many horrible ****** reviews about the staff abusing clients and vehicles. Thank you, *********************** Ph # ************

      I have filed an official police report, taken photos of all damage and evidence pertaining to this incident. I have contacted the property management for the camera footage of occurance and the car is being taken back to the dealership where it was leased and will be assesed for all damage done to the vehicle as they cleared and sold the car with no damage found or issues with any engine, transmission or undercarriage of the vehicle. The car under went a 21 point inspection and test driven by the analizing techs before being put on the lot to be sold. They are going to be providing a full report of the new damage done to the vehicle and their expert opinion what happened to the vehicle from their expert guided knowledge of such vehicle. We will be seeking full and total value of the leased vehicle as it was undamaged and no engine or transmission or drive train issues found nor any history of accidents.

      10-13-23 TOWED FOR NO REASON WHEN IM A PUBLIC SERVICE WORKER. Never was suppose to tow my vehicle and did.They are robbing people and should be closed down!

      Well, for starters, my car was towed for no reason. Im not sure if someone called from the apartment complex or what happened I checked my ****** camera and **** claimed they all did a patrol around. How did you patrol when you went straight to my car and left my handicap sticker was not updated at that time but thats for a different story. When I got to the location to pick up my vehicle, **** was very rude so I gave her the same attitude she gave back. She threw my ID at me and cursed when I was trying to ask her a plain and simple question. I saw the reviews on yelp and theyre all negative about Miss ****. I dont think this is the right career or job for her besides that after I got my vehicle, it was dirty and someone has been driving it and I have a sound thats very loud that I didnt have before. Also, my front bumper on the right side was a little loose when I saw it and got it back, it was practically dragging on the floor now on the receipt, it says that the driver was *********************** so Im not sure if he accidentally did something, but I need it recovered. But before that when I asked Miss ****, what her supervisors name was, she ignored me and just gave me her first name I dont feel comfortable as a customer, not knowing why my vehicle was picked up, why I had to pay so much out of my pocket where this is where I live and I dont think she is the best person to work there. Shes extremely rude has a bad mouth on her and doesnt look like she likes to be there. *** called my attorney and we will be getting to the bottom of this. I would love to hear your feedback. Im looking for an apology from her directly a refund and a repair on my vehicle. Im going to go get it checked out, and I will have all receipts and proof to show you. And I also have a video that is not letting me add on here, showing you the noise of my vehicle.

      This vehicle was towed for parking in a handicap space with NO placard or plate.  After reviewing the pictures taken prior to the tow, it was a legal tow.  The damage she uploaded pictures of were already on the vehicle prior to towing.  If ************** would like to see the pictures of the damage, she can call the office and set an appointment to see them.

      The incident happened on the date of 5/17/23 Reliant towing services try to tow a vehicle that was oversize and untowable they try to gain access to the vehicle by pulling it screeching tires on the floor as truck is on park they were pulling on the vehicle damaging as they could damage transmission because all four tires are on the floor pulling and tugging they damage my tired they damage my rims as they were trying to hook the truck and trailer to reposition to tow once again, the vehicle was on park as they were trying to reposition the vehicle Vehicle is in the shop now to investigate further on the way. They were pulling on the truck as I was hearing loud noises from the gears and they were yank in the truck to tow and gain access to Location *************** ****** ** Vehicle was a **** F350

      My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex, and I am writing to request your assistance with dealing with damages to my car caused by your tow company CDMA Group LLC. (DBA Reliant towing), physical location is *****************************************************************************. On Monday morning 4/17, my vehicle was towed from my apartment complex. Upon receiving my car back, there was a massive oil leak coming from under the vehicle. There weren't any issues with my vehicle prior, and It is all up to date on its maintenance records. There were no issues with my vehicle before Reliant Towing took it from my apartment complex. After speaking with a representative at the tow company, they stated they did not use a flatbed tow truck. After doing research, all drive wheel vehicles are not supposed to be towed without a flatbed as damage could be done.In addition, I had my car towed to the mechanic using a flatbed truck, and there was more oil leaking once it arrived. The dealership diagnosed the damage, and the oil pan bottom cover has been punctured from the stinger from the tow truck used by Reliant Towing as a flatbed was not used. This has caused a massive oil leak. This would have caused the engine to be seized if not addressed immediately. There is video evidence of the damage along with the pictures of the oil leak. Also, Reliant Towing refuses to provide their insurance information to me. I called multiple times, and everytime I spoke to a representative they refused to cooperate. As I am just trying to solve the issue in a civil matter. I had to pay for the damages out of pocket, and left without a vehicle for over a week. Not to mention, CDMA Group LLC (Reliant towing) provided an incorrect **** #... According to my receipt, the **** # provided was **** #**************M. According to Tdlr.*****.gov, the correct **** # is 006447175C (Active). This is a form of deception as it doesnt allow individuals to find the required information on the company.

      This company towed my car without my knowledge. They placed a sticker on my car to tow it, took a pic, then removed the sticker. I know this because they have it documented on their computer but I havent seen the sticker on my car at all and my room mates and neighbor haven't seen it in my car either. I had no idea they were going to tow my car, I was never informed. It's my word against there's, but after looking at multiple reviews of them it sounds like they do stuff like this regularly. Ideally I would like a refund but I don't know how to disprove them.
