I placed an initial order for a variety of products and found them satisfactory upon trying. Subsequently, I made a larger order totaling $422 and received fewer items than expected, notably missing one of the three bottles of probiotics. Upon contacting customer service, they promised to follow up. However, they later requested a photo of the box and label, which I no longer had. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned this requirement during my initial call while I still had access to the packaging. Despite providing pictures of the products as requested, I have received no resolution and my last email remains unanswered. It feels like I have been deceived out of my money, and attempts to communicate with them have been futile. Their customer service process, which lacks live representatives and relies solely on written communication, is unacceptable. Overall, this experience reflects poorly on their business practices, and it appears they may be engaging in deceptive practices.Initial Complaint

I placed order # ********** for a supplement called *********** I received 3 bottles of a nasty sludge that is full of chunks and stinks. I would like my money back and would be happy to send this back if provided a return label.Business Response

I ordered a sleep supplement called ************* and paid for fast shipping. All together it cost me almost $80.00. It took 14dys to get my order and once it arrived it was defective. It was thick and It burned my mouth when I ingested it. I contacted Infowars Store via their customer service email since the phone number listed is only a recording stating to send an email. I was not contacted back within a reasonable amount of time. So after waiting for 4 business days for a response I followed it up with a 2nd attempt (01/27) to contact this time I demanded a refund and an RMA to return the defective product. Again no reply within a reasonable amount of time. I got a reply on 02/07claiming the most recent batch was manufactured by a different manufacturer and altered the formula. No offer to take back the product no acknowledgement of my original complaint in anyway. So I replied on the same day that I want a refund and to return the defective product. I received a confirmation of receipt of request for a return and told someone would be in contact with me as soon as possible. This was on 02/07, I have not had any further contact with them since and I still want my money back and to return their back product. I sent a 3rd follow up email on 02/21 and as history has shown, no reply or acknowledgment. This product is supposed to be dark liquid/ no chunks or granuals.Business Response

After looking into this, I see one of my reps has been helping you with this and has actually refunded you. She sent proof that you were refunded on February 09, 2023. Please check for these emails and also check with your bank as the funds should have already released back to you. Also in the original email, we did offer for you to send the product back for a full refund. There was a delay in receiving a response due to our Quality Control team running test on the product. I apologize you did not like the product. Please just discard the product.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, I was not told about any QC investigation causing a delayed response. I also did not get any notice of a refund, in fact the email stated that if I wanted a refund still after your sorry excuse for why the product was defective I had to "see our 30 day refund policy". I replied with my request to return the product and get a refund on the same day. The ONLY response I received was that you received my request and someone would contact me as soon as possible. I was NEVER contacted about a refund or a return. That is why I reached out to the BBB.

Monday December 19, 2022 I signed up and placed an order for Vitamin Fusion at "Infowarsstore.com"using my debit card (ending ****) I paid $36.95 on what seems to be a bogus website set-up for theft while not providing a product, no order history, no tracking number or any proof. The web page will not let me place any orders, will not let me input my address as the pages are "frozen" when you "click" on purchase, next, or proceed. I have for this entire week of December 18th, 2022 (before Christmas) been back and forth in "Email" @ **************************************** with someone named ********* (if that's a real person) about the chargeback or refund on my $36.95 and its all nonsense, cock-and-bull and lies. I can not reach a live person by phone ************** and no one ever return calls by voice messages... the whole thing is a Scam! The payment has already paid-out posted to my account on December 21, 2022 but these **** crooked and Greedy people will not give me my money back!Customer Answer

We apologize for the error. Around the time you ordered, we were in the process of relocating our fulfillment center. During this time we paused all order importing until the transfer was complete. We have bee seeing complaints like yours. What we see happened is, the merchant was able to collect the payment but once the importing turned back on some customers orders did not actually transfer to us. We have refunded the charge back to your account. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to post to your account. Once again, we apologize for this error.

I am so sorry to hear you received product that is almost expired. I went in and tried to refund you for the 3 bottles of X3 you purchased however it is stating the card used is expired. Is there any other products you might be interested in or may store credit for a future purchase? If you would like store credit, we will add 50% more to our credit than what you paid. Credit Card Processing on your store has a problem. I have used two different credit cards here and this is the only place I use the card. Both of them were compromised after the purchase. I want to make more purchases, but I don't want my card compromised again.Business Response
