They moved me on January 7, 2022. During the move they took several extremely long breaks inside their truck that we found out later were related to them making personal phone calls arguing with a girlfriend and also doing illegal drugs. Upon arrival and assessment with witnesses around, They initially told me that the move would take approximately four hours but because of their personal issues including personal arguments and drug usage , the move took over ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** front of other people.at this Time everyone was tired and the mirrors were high.When I contacted the owner about my issues, ************************* - he told me to deal directly with the mover. The mover, ******************* offered to come over to help sort things out but at this point I did not want them back in my house.. During the move ******************* spent over an hour looking for a misplaced bag of cocaine that he lost. This hour was also included in my total invoice amount. They threw my items onto the floor, broke things and made a huge mess- and put items where they did not go and did not do the move properly at all causing me having to hire other people to help me sort this mess out and move things correctly. Two weeks ago I got all of my boxes finally unpacked and I am missing a subwoofer and a box of items. The subwoofer alone is $1400. I reached out to the company owner and let him know that I would be filing complaints and he said that was fine. I need to be reimbursed for six hours of the move @$125 per hour, and be reimbursed for the subwoofer. If I do not get resolve quickly, I will file my complaint with every entity regarding movers and trucks in Texas that is possible. I have tried to deal with them directly but gotten no resolve.
