      The worst company banking Institute I have ever had to deal with my favorite is when you're on hold after 3 hours and they don't like what you had to say so they just hang up on you or how about when you file a complaint with their fraud department and they send you a letter saying that you have 10 days to respond and no way to respond I made a complaint on someone I received the paperwork on 7/13 that is outside the range of giving you a credit because it's after 10 days oh wow that's a big convenience on no money out of their pocket wow go figure I have one thing to say to Direct Express find a tree climb up it and jump out

      This Company had a disabled man and his son on a telephone hold for at least four hours. One agent would tell him he was approved for his replacement card and then transfer him to a different agent that would tell him differently each phone call they asked for another piece of documentation. They explained if the son needed to speak for the father that they needed to go to Social Security to have the son listed as someone to speak for his father. When they went to the ********************** to do just that, The Social Security agent said that they did not know why Direct Express would say that....because they do not do any such thing. They are holding this disabled man's new card hostage. He has been broke and had to rely on others for his needs for four months because Direct Express wants to play games with people's minds and lives. PLEASE do not use this business for your funding. It's just not safe. I think they are possibly criminals.

      How can the people stop what's taking place if BBB is not trying to help us. My name is ************************* I have been getting my payments for over 30 years and never ever had this problem of them messing with my payments and til now. Am out of June payment along with July payment with five different cards they sent me not one would activate. Now they have one to activate saying I received my payments. I think this is a bunch of bull. Am going to start writing the city of council and others to get someone involved. We without paying our bills loosing things bout to get set out with minor kids. If you guys can't help... which should've been the most number one solution to the problem. This is sad and very unprofessional to be under government

      this us direct express is big government at its finest.on hold for 20 minutes.person that answers cannot actually help.ask for supervisor.hold another 25 minutes=,then get disconnected.call back , same hold times. finally get info on how to transfer from us direct express to a bank.info is incomplete.us direct express cancels the wire transfer,but does not say why.after 6 attempts since april to transfer funds, never speaking to the same person because employees will only give their first name, no direct phone #,no email address, finally got a supervisor that told me i needed a certain type of letter from the bank.there were at least ten other us direct employees who did NOT mention this type of letter.this was a 2 minute easy solution that took hours of my time, my assistant's time and the us direct employees' time. efficient training of us direct express staff would have saved a lot of wasted time.big government does not care about wasting citizens/taxpayers time.if us direct express were not a government owned operation, it would be bankrupt in a month.gave one star rating because couldn't leave negative stars.g. cib

      My card was stolen and I had asked for a replacement card,. The person who stole my card was able to withdraw money from my account on the date I requested a new card and many days after. I was not able to pay my rent or my bills. They didn't refund my money!

      I have a major dispute with Direct Express. I have been trying to talk to someone. They are rude and don't want to help. I was on hold for 25 minutes and then she answered and said I was trying the wrong department, I started to talk and she didn't want to heat me, and she hung up on me

      My card got reported as fraud and when I called them they wouldn't let me know who or anything else, I also give them my full illegal name and my social security number that and everything that is including sending them a picture of my id, and I got paid 7/3/2024 and I can't even use my card and I'm homeless I just got this card last month and it's brand new so there shouldn't be no problem but I can't even get online to see if someone is taking money from me, and the people who answered the phone won't tell me anything because they I'm not ****** which I'm ******. As soon as I get my card fixed I will be calling the sheriff's and letting them know what happened, my identity was stolen and someone is trying to act like me.

      I'am filing this BBB Review, much like the rest of you all I'm a current customer and user of ****************. About 3 weeks ago, I reached out to the *************************** of **************** to dispute some payments that had been made to a company that I didn't know at the time of me making payments and I didn't have a clue was a company that engaged in fraud and fraudulent practices. I didn't know that a company I was making monthly payments to was a fraud till just recently in the last month. I reached out to Direct Express *************************** as I stated 3 weeks ago and spend over 3 hours on the phone speaking with a ******** Service Supervisor who went through my payment history for the last 3 half years. The Supervisor inform me that they would be sending a document that I need to fill out and mail back in, that document never came. I called over and over to inquire about where this document was, I was now told that it was being mail out on a different day than I was originally told by Direct Express ***************************. I kept calling, Direct Express *************************** and they told me to type up the dispute charges and e - mail that to them. I did just that on June 26th, I call on that same day and at first, the *************************** Rep. said he couldn't see my e - mail and then all of the sudden, he did. He told me it would be 24 hours later and my claim would be approved. I called back the next day on Friday, June 27th to confirm and the lady I spoke with said my claim and the money would be on my card Monday July 1st. I call my Direct Express card midnight on Monday, my money was not on my card. I have been told over and over and over again by several different people at Direct Express, that my disputed money would be placed on my Direct Express card. Direct Express needs to ***** me, my disputed money that was fraudulently taken and stolen from me!

      Gave me my dispute temporarily and then took it back two weeks later. I will go publicly. I did not make these charges and until I get the money back I will do everything in my power to humiliate you and make sure the whole world knows what is really going on here. Funny how many other complaints are on here for the same issues. Shame on you. I will take this into court as well.
