      My car payment was due on Saturday January 4 they call me on Monday January 6 I told them I was at ** appointment I will go in on Tuesday January 7 to make the payment the car pickup up my car only being 3 days late I want to the office and they don't give no information on how get my car back. I was only 3 days late the people in the office where very rude and still know nothing just know that it was repoed.

      I had a flashing engine light pop up on my vehicle on the 14 of October I had to pay Dynamic Motors $265.00 to come tow the 2020 Kia ****** to their place of business on E ***** ****** only 1 week after having my car the same problem arises I called Dynamic motor only to be told that this is my problem and that I would have to pay another $265 for them to come and tow the car once again. If I miss a payment they can lock the car to where its not driveable so now that the car isnt drive able due to flashing engine light what can I do ? What are my options am I just screws out of a car please help

      I was told that ***** can help me get into a vehicle with ***** $ . Today a man said he was a manager and told me no I need to come up with ***** every since I called they havent been pickin up my calls he cursed me out on the phone he was a Spanish man Im a paying cus and the guy I spoke with yesterday was much nicer the guy was located on the ********* location now the *********************** location hasnt been picking up my phone call because he is picking up the phones for both location he is very unprofessional he was rude and chaotic towards me

      My complaint is that they repossessed my car illegally..I explain to them when I purchased the vehicle I will pay my payments every Monday instead of friday..I explain this to a representative by the name of ****** and he told me that making my payments on a Monday instead of Friday would not be a problem..but instead they picked my car up knowing that I would pay on Monday instead of Friday and then they told me they wouldn't finance the car that day forward I put down over $3210.86 on this vehicle to lose money when I haven't had the car 30 days yet....I purchased this car a 2012 Chrysler 300 S on January 23,2024 and it was unlawful repossessed the 1st Monday in March at 1pm ...no one called or even told me they was repossession this car knowing I get paid on monday...they told me that they system.automatcally put a car in repossession even though an agreement was made verbally by representative by the name of ******...I feel like I was scammed because I'm mentally impaired..they force me to sign a paper saying I'm turning the car back in or they will keep this car on my credit..they refuse me talking to the finance people or the owner of the car lot..they laugh and made jokes as if this was funny..they knew I couldn't get it the car refinanced ..I feel they stole my money after letting them know my pay days...I check they reviews and this is an on going problem they taking people money and unlawfully repossession cars..I need someone to help me on this...they refuse to refund my money thus is not right

      The lie about everything they say Im currently homeless Im a single mother with a 6 year old its hard to get around now I called and did application online they told me I was approved I told them my situation and brought the paperwork. I ******* minutes away from the place. I get all the way out to ****** and was told my proof of residency wasnt permanent. I sign the lease to my new apt today they told me to bring me the lease and I would get a car. I emailed them the lease but Im just got told today my apt wouldnt be ready until the 15. Then I ask can I provide proof of residence from where Im staying now and my lease. They replied let me check I never received a call back. I called again now Im being told I have to make over 2200 to get a car with them. They keep giving the run around I have the money ready to drive off and every time Im told Im approved something else changed.. Its Bad Business

      On 12/15 I put a down payment on a 2010 infinity. After we signed the papers and were walking out the door, the salesman told us that a fuse needed to be changed and to come back Monday 12/18. When we arrived, they refused to fix the fuse. So we left. On the way home the car was acting up and it died and had to be towed back to the dealership. Today is 12/29 and I am out the down payment and have no car. I called to talk to a manager and was left on hold for 45min. I just want them to do the right thing.

      This customer came in without an appointment. We offered a few different dates for this customer to come in for us to take a look at it, including the very next day. When the vehicle broke down, the customer called us and we immediately had the vehicle towed in. 

      The vehicle has been looked at and the standard deductible charge has been waived. The customer is past due their first deferred down payment, their first collateral protection payment, and the tow fee.

      See picture of screenshot of the text sent by ************, employee/salesman at your business who advised to COME IN ON MONDAY!! also see text referring to when we were there and you refused to service vehicle! Im not late on ANY payment! I had the car for 2 days, I brought it back when I was told to, I should not be responsible for your tow bill and me having to bring the car back in two days later when you were supposed to fix it and refused to!  That is your responsibility for selling a lemon car.  The only reason why my first payment hasnt been paid is because two days after getting the car, I had NO CAR, NO KEYS TO MY car   The only thing Im asking for is for my down payment back that is what would be a fair and reasonable request since you SOLD A LEMON (which is illegal).

      You have not attempted to reach multiple times in regards to this car! You have only reached out to try to receive money for the tow cost and first payment which I responded with I am not paying tow fee and Im not paying first payment when I havent even had the car!  Not one time did anyone from your business reach out to say that the car has been fixed (because it hasnt been fixed).  You need to do whats right and refund the deposit. Its not right for you to make me pay for something that I do not have   You are breaking the law by selling a lemon, and you are breaking the ******** **** Warranty Law   I am asking for a refund of my down payment that is all I dont want to have to take it further  Im trying to save time and effort by not suing but Im *********** my down payment and will go a different route if need be

      I made my semi-monthly payment online. I received confirmation from my bank and from the online portal. It's been two days that I keep getting notifications that I need to make a payment. I called yesterday and was told that this issue will be taken care of and to just give the system about 10 minutes and the issue will be resolved. The problem was not resolved. I called this morning to notify the problem has not been resolved, I was placed on hold for 54 minutes. I called their second location and explained to the salesman of what was happening and was told that the financing department was currently working on this issue. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that she was busy and she will call me back. This has not happened- its been 4 hours since I called this morning requesting a phone call.

      My husband and I paid $425.00 down payment for service on our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 12/7/23. I was called on 12/11/23 around 10am by service manager ****, that all repairs had been made to the vehicle and was ready to be picked up. Picked up the car about 10:30am, drove home, which is only about 3mins away. We drove the jeep about 3pm and noticed the Jeep temp gauge was raising high. We contacted Dynamic Motors and was told **** would return call. Next day 12/12/23, **** still had not returned the call. My husband stopped by the dealership about 2:40pm and spoke to **** and explained the issue to the jeep. All **** would tell him was there was other cars in front of him and couldnt take the time to look at the jeep. I contacted Dynamic by phone at 3pm and spoke to *******, explained what is going on. All she stated was **** was on lunch and that he would call back. I explained I paid for service on my jeep and not to turn around and it still act up. Ipaid upfront $425.00 and still owe for the remaining service balance. I dont understand how they serviced and did repairs and less than a few hours my jeep is running hot. Cant get an answer, and i shouldnt be responsible for their poor service on my jeep and any additional repairs. If their faulty work caused another issue.

      We understand your concern. A few things that I'd like to clarify. The $425 payment you made was for your car payment. Not a "service"... Your financed car payment versus your vehicle repair are two completely different items. 

      When this customer came to the office to have their vehicle repaired, they did not drop the vehicle off. The customers stated that they had somewhere they had to be and could not leave the vehicle. We can't fix a vehicle we don't have. They were advised to leave the vehicle and to not continue to drive it if there was an issue. The customers left and have continued to drive the vehicle. 

      We suggest that if the customer is still having issues with the vehicle, to make an appointment, drop off the vehicle, allow our technicians to diagnose and repair, then confirm the repair. Without allowing our technicians to look at the vehicle, we can't fix it.

      I am rejecting this response because: the payment I'm talking about was the down payment for the repair which the vehicle was dropped off in regards to. Your office applied it initially incorrectly which I had to sort out when I went to pick up the jeep. My issue is your service manager stated my jeep was ready for pick up and was fixed. How is a vehicle fixed if a check engine light comes on?? I'm not comfortable with y'all business practice of half fix so a customer can bring vehicle right back to charge more. To this date not one person in service has ever returned my car which I was told would happen. Unprofessional

      I was late on my payment 2 weeks ago, Their Repo man came to me while I was inside my car, opened the door and asked me to get out of the car, I had no idea who he was so while I was trying to understand what's happening he took the key out of the ignition by force, the key has my home key, work key, my other car key and my storage key, I asked him to give me my personal keys back and I told him that I was going to the dealer to make my payment, he took my keys and drove away.I went to the dealer imminently and made my payment and when we called him to get my keys, he refused and said he will mail them to me.It has been 2 weeks now and no keys, every time I call or go to their office and ask, they say he mailed them to you but they refuse to give me details or a tracking number or anything.they also said that I have to deposit $300 to get a key from them to make a copy and when I tried to make the payment, they said that they don't have a second key for my car.It has been 2 weeks now and I still don't have keys and missing my work keys, my second car, my home keys and my storage key.I filed a complaint with the district attorney general office and I will be suing dynamic motors in court next week to pay for all my keys and the time I have no keys and I am going to try to press criminal charges( personal property theft) on their Repo man.I waited 2 weeks for the mail in a good faith but it seems like nothing was mailed to me. This place Repo process is very unprofessional and The repo man they work with is very disrespectful and very childish.

      it is the repo man holding my personal property which is against the law and it is theft.

      I just bought a car 3 and a half months ago and its having major engine issues. Ive paid **** plus on already plus deferred payments on time. The automated machine says all Dynamic vehicles are covered up to 12 months or ***** miles o it but Ive only have **** miles. They are making up issues to fix and wont respond to me about my car. I was sold a lemon. There possibly was a recall on the 200 Chrysler **************************************** my face and all.

      Thank you for bringing our attention to the voice recording that states old, out dated information. As it takes time to update our automated recorded phone line, we will make sure to have the recording state the current limited warranty coverage information. We used to have a 12 month, 12K miles warranty. We no longer offer that as we switched it to a 12 month, 6K miles warranty, whichever came first.

      We are attaching the limited warranty that you SIGNED at time of contract. As you can see, it clearly states 12M/6K miles. I am also attaching the Buyers Guide, which is also signed by you. Both clearly state what the limited warranty covers, as well as the coverage period. 

      You've stated that you have over the 6K miles. ****** by your own admission, makes you no longer eligible for the limited warranty.

      We are also attaching the recall information directly from safercar.gov. This report was ran today, 11/15/23, to indicate that there are no open recalls on this vehicle. Plus, Lemon Law does not apply to used vehicles. 

      We will abide by our signed contract and our signed limited warranty.
