      In June 2024 I purchased a used ****** Camry from Kyle Chapman ************************** supposedly had ***** miles on it.Firstly they use TOTALLY UNFAIR COLLECTION ************ husband died two days after purchase taking me from 2 incomes to **** I have been hours or even a day late on my payments. ****** every 2 weeks.They disable my car at their whim. I as NEVER TOLDthe car had a starter interrupter on it and I can't find that in the contract I signed. They have disabled it when I'm driving which caused an accident and I'm just lucky I'm *********** trying to insure the vehicle I found out it has rebuilt engine . I can't even afford insurance on it.This was never disclosed to me.

      I purchased a car from Kyle Chapman motors a couple days ago already need breaks, has an oil leek, and locks on the lugs which they gave me no key for after asking could they fix the issues I was told to drop the car off when I asked how long it would take they told me they couldnt give me a timeframe and reminded me they dont give loners out

      I am rejecting this response because:  I was told they had a loaner car for me  and to drop mine off in **** where the service station was which isnt where I got my car from originally but I said ok and did yesterday when I got there they were trying to put me and my children in a car that smelled like mildew, full of pet hair, one flat tire and dirty when I asked if I could get another vehicle because this car was unacceptable she stated once again they didnt give loaners and they found one for me I asked would you put your kids in it she said ************* take it or leave it so I declined the loaner and will be taking it to get diagnosed myself and I will let yall know the outcome but I want out of this contract and my money returned. Its only been 18 days since Ive had this car theres no way Im having all these issues.

      I need my title of my car which I paid off in May 2024. I was told I need to show up with my ID at the **** location to pick up my car title. I told them I was unable to do that cause the a/c it not working and its very Hot outside plus I am a senior citizen/veteran and have a health condition/Kidneys. They refuse to mail my title to me even though I explained my situation. I have no one to assist me at present time. I paid the car Two months before the due pay-off date. I just need my title.

      i leased a car from kyle chapman in november 2022 had the car for 5 months till the engine went out in march 2023 its now 2024 and in april te car is now stalling paid to have it diagnosed and kyle chapman did not properly put on the gasket valve when they installed the new motor they claimed the car is stallin due to it needs a oil change, an engine filter two sway bar links and a catalyc convetor and that will cost 1400$get the car back 2 weeks ago and the car is still stalling, im paying all this money for things that was never wrong with the car they have the car now and still asking for payments and im missing work cause i dont have a car

      part of that email was a lie. No one called us and told us the car was gonna have to be sent to the dealership we had to call and then they told us so again all this is a lie. This is not true. You cant tell somebody how many times they can drive their car. Im sorry that I have other children and other states that I have to pertain to that is not of your concern is for me to drive not for you to tell me how many I can go the fact that yall sold me crappy car yall want me to continue driving a car thats going to stall in the road. **** read the news a lady just had a car stall in the road yesterday and she died from being hit. I will not lose another kid over stupidity Coming from a company ************ has not offered any help. It has not offered for us to even get new car.

      I previously fell behind on a payment due to change of hours at work. ****** from the collections department informed me that they could move that payment to the end of my loan and that I would just need to pay insurance $62 , to be able to drive the car. I did so , and when it was time for me to pay the remainder balance which should have been $282-$284 she claimed that I still owed more. But when I tried to pay the amount showed on the app provided by Kyle Chapman it would not go through. I later found out it was because I did no enter in the *** of my card. Which is why it wasnt accepting the payment. I called and spoke to another salesman who explained to me that because had already paid the insurance I did not need to pay it again. And that I only owed my car note bill without insurance. The app showed that I only owed $282 but ****** insisted I had to pay now $345 or so. I was told what ever the computer is showing I owe they are supposed to honor that. She took advantage of the fact that I didnt know that at the time and made me pay an extra $62 over the phone with my card. ******************** is the Senior Account Representative. They dont pick up the phones either as if they are purposely giving you a hard time.

      In June 2022 I purchased a car from Kyle Chapman. I did a deferred payment of $700 and $800 2 weeks later equaling to $1500. After doing a routine oil change my 2011 ******* **** **** broke down. I proceeded to contact them so they can take a look at it as they asked me to do at time of signing. After a few days of not hearing anything i contacted them to see whats wrong with it and they told me the motor was locked. They said i would haveto pay $1000 down to start working on it and the total price would be about $5000 to $6000. They proceeded to tell me they will put the remaining balance to my car note basically starting my note over. I ask if I could swap out the car with another and was denied. I am single mom and this was my only means of transportation. I had to miss 2 weeks of work due to no vehicle and could possibly lose my source of income. I would just like my refund and personal belongings from my car.

      I purchased a vehicle on the 24th of June from Kyle Chapman motors. In the 9 days that have passed, my fianc has had to take it to the service center already due to pieces dangling from the bottom of the vehicle. Now the car is not safe to drive. We have spent 260 dollars to replace the battery, thinking that is the issue, when in turn it is something else. We have attempted to call the service center but keep getting hung up on and when we called the dealership we purchased it from, they were unwilling to help and said we have to wait until 7/5 to speak to the service center. It is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional how this whole thing has been handled. We just want the **** we paid for the down payment back so we can buy a sound car elsewhere. We have children and my fianc is pregnant and we need a sound vehicle without problems in the first 10 days of purchase.

      So I got this vehicle 2 years ago and when I first drove off in it me and my husband noticed whining in the transmission. We contacted Kyle Chapman motors several times and they never got back to us about it. I've had so many problems with this vehicle since day 1 and I've read so much bad things that these cars do and I've heard and seen the recalls for this vehicle. I've paid over $20,000 for this vehicle already and it wasn't even worth that let alone $25,000 I'm paying in total for it. My husband recently got into a wreck and pretty much totalled the vehicle well I made a claim with the insurance company thru Kyle Chapman motors and still have not heard anything back from either of them. It's frustrating because I only owe a little over $4000 and my car was pretty much totalled and nobody has called me or even tried to fix anything they came and repoed my car from my house and that's wrong especially knowing I had problems with it to begin with but now this I'm like wow. They didn't even work with me or anything and there pretty much s******* me. So they want me to pay for a car that I can't drive and that I already filed an insurance claim on for being totalled pretty much. I need help please to figure out a solution with this place.

      I financed my vehicle with this company less than a month ago. The car suddenly starts smoking and leaking green liquid after I paid the company ****+ dollars. I had to pay a mechanic to look at the car and they advised me that the hose connecting to the radiator had burst and the tank holding the green liquid was full of leaves and trash which meant that the car had been that way for a while. They also said that basically this car will continue to have problems and it was basically a lemon. I called the company where the car came from and got a rude response from everyone in the office after I let them know what I was told. But the service center sent someone to pick the vehicle up so they can "fix" it. It's been a full month now since I've had the car and It's still in the service center and my payment is due, but I am not paying this company anymore money until I get my vehicle and it is fully functional and has no problems. I spoke with ****** this mornings who told me that she just got yo work and isn't about to sit up and argue with me because she says my online payment was returned when it does not reflect that on their online system or through the bank where it was paid from. This business has multiple complaints for selling lemons and being all around crooked already and I don't feel like they will get me my vehicle. I feel like when I do go to get my vehicle they will give it to me patched up and I will have this same issue but they are not even offering to return my money or anything at this point.

      I have not had my car for a full month yet it is having multiple issues I was told by ***** in the service center that my vehicle be ready 3 days ago when I called today I was told that the vevideo call it's not ready and will not be ready Until after they receive more parts for the vehicle I am also having issues with someone in the office named ***** who refused to transfer me to his boss and refuse to give me an information on my vehicle I even tried to tell them because of so many issues I don't want to be here for anymore I just want my money back So that I don't have to deal with these people anymore I was told I would not receive my money back and basically the car will get fixed whenever it gets fixed I am out of work I have 5 children two of whom are disabled so I need a vehicle I do not have time to play with Companies who take people's money and have no remorse on what they are going through I am sickly just getting out of the hospital today so with that said I need some help Because this business is basically s******* me and not Accommodating or making up for their mistakes they sold me a car that has multiple issues once one issue it's fixed and another 1 is messed up and it's not OK

      I purchased a vehicle from Kyle Chapman on July 2021. Since the vehicle has been in my possession it has been a constant burden. We have spend over $5,000 in maintenance and repairs, and it is still needing over $5,000 more in repairs. Ive been paying $324 every 2 weeks, on top of trying to keep it running. I finally voluntarily surrendered the vehicle on 03/06/23 after letting them know that its been hard to keep up with payments and keep up with repairs. I am current on my payments, but I dont have the means to keep up with both. I called today and was told that it would be listed as a repossession. Ive even asked if I could continue paying for it as Im obligated. But I was told no, once I returned it, itll process as a repossession.I would like them to take accountability. The vehicles are more of a burden than a blessing. I would like my credit report to state voluntary surrender because thats what it is. It is not a repossession. They did not come for the vehicle due to late payments, I had it towed there. My credit report shows on time payments for over a year with them.

      On March 10th, 2023, Kyle Chapman Motors contacted the customer to clarify the communication provided on Wednesday March 8th, 2023 and to update information regarding how the account will be processed. After communicating with the customer, we have resolved the issue as of 03/11/2023.


      The account is and will show current as the vehicle was returned to our ******************* at the customers discretion as described. The customer signed and returned a Voluntary Release Form, to authorize the release and voluntary return of the property on March 6th, 2023.


      Kyle Chapman Motors will honor the customers request to process the return as a Voluntary Surrender with the specific code of 61:Account paid in full, was a voluntary surrender, for the reporting tradeline. No correction can be made at this time as the account has not been processed but will be designated as described to ensure the reporting reflects the above listed tradeline code description.
