May ** husband passed away and I took over car payments due to we have two kids and they didn't want the vehicle to go back due to he had just brought the car so it was an emotional thing with the kids dealing with the lost of there dad, I spent over ****** in four months with the business trying to get the car paid off so that the kids could keep the car due to there dad and the attachment it had. Mid-tex auto informed they would work with us if need they went back on there work several times. they only help us out with two months of payment they pulled from principle to help out and they said they would be able to pull more and didn't so we had to pay the car on other months if we was a week or two late they would turn the car off until payment was made they go from turning off the car to picking the car up when we was three weeks behind on getting the money to them they also would turn off the car due to no insurance when the insurance had been paid it has been nothing but an issues of dealing with them they are rude very hard to work with and the things they are doing I don't feel that it's right, my child calling me telling me she can't get home from work three times cause they have turned off the car. I didn't know third party car companies could do this I have made brought cars before from a third party and this has never happen I have even been late on my car for two months and that has never happen. I would like you all to look into this and see what type of help we are able to get dealing with Mid-Tex auto so they will no longer to be able to continue to treat people like this who are paying car notes and insurance. I don't have any documents other then bank statements that I can show you all and phone messages that I will have to print out please help we need justice here.
