The vending machine said $2.50 for a pack of M&Ms. I was charged $2.60. It's not a huge difference, but i wonder how many times this has happened to other people. I'm a diabetic and needed sugar.

Was going through last year's tax expenses and see Vendwatch took money from one of my accounts, three times over a five day span. I won't be using them, no telling how many people they have robbed.

I tried contacting Vendwatch Telematics, LLC. concerning vending machines located at ***************** at ***************************************************************. My son is a sophomore at the neighboring ************* H.S., and he frequently uses the vending machines stationed on the college side. Over the course of maybe two weeks, my son lost about $10-$15 in vending machines owned by this company. There was a specific instance where he wanted to purchase sodas for himself and a friend at $1.50/ea., and the machine took his money ($3.00) but did not return the sodas he paid for. Yesterday, November 9th, my son stated that he spent $1.25 only, and yet the charge was for $5. In a couple of other cases, I specifically told my son to discontinue use, after I learned that hed again lost money attempting to purchase goods. Its hard to keep up with just how many times he has paid for but not received products. The aforementioned are some of the instances of which I am keenly aware. My son often loses money in the vending machines, but he hasnt been diligent in following up to be refunded. He simply keeps taking a chance, hoping that the machines will work. Since I am funding his debit card, I decided to contact the company myself. I initially attempted to email the company directly to seek recompense, but the email returned undeliverable. Ultimately, poorly working vending machines have become a nuisance to my pocketbook. I hope to be compensated for the approximate $15 my son has lost, though it could certainly be more.??
