      We loss our sweet boy, *******, this week. We were traveling from out of town to ******,**. Our sweet boy was not acting normal. He was an older boy. We called Four Paws. They didnt know our family. But they were so kind and considerate. They were booked solid, but they still got us in the same day we called. They sent our boy home with some antibiotics and pain meds. They had loads of compassion for him and us. We were grateful that they were able to see us. But their compassion didnt stop there. They checked on ******** And the next day, we had to make the inevitable decision to release him from his pain and suffering. Again, from the first phone call to the end of the procedure they were professional, kind and compassionate to us and him. Four Paws at Four Points has amazing customer service from the reception team to the veterinary staff. We thank and appreciate them for going way above and way beyond the scope of our expectations.
