    To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint against an SEO consultant, ********************, "Secret Electricity," for failure to deliver a refund as promised in writing. I engaged ******************** based on his explicit claim that he could "use AI for SEO," a statement which was made during our initial sales call on or around July 14.Upon hiring ********************, I shared my preferences and expectations, emphasizing my interest in utilizing AI, specifically ChatGPT, for SEO purposes. However, his response to my example of preferences was disheartening. After I paid, he stated in response to an example of how I wanted to proceed, and I quote, "I don't use ChatGPT for web design or coding. I'm also not interested in using it for those kinds of things. If I design something for you, it will be handcrafted the old-fashioned way :)". This response indicated a clear lack of the expertise he previously claimed to possess and an inability to fulfill the services he promised.Due to his inability to fulfill his advertised services, I requested a refund, which ******************** agreed to in writing on July 17, 2023, a copy of which is attached for your reference. However, despite his acknowledgment of the refund, the situation took a troubling turn. ******************** pressed me for an explanation of my dissatisfaction, which I provided in good faith. In response, he not only insulted me but also chose to ignore further communication attempts.I am deeply disappointed by ********************' unprofessional conduct and the breach of our agreement. I kindly request your intervention in facilitating the refund as promised, in order to avoid resorting to disputing the charge with my financial institution or pursuing legal action in small claims court.I believe in the Better Business Bureau's commitment to promoting fair and honest business practices, and I trust that you will thoroughly investigate this matter. Attached, please find all relevant correspondence, including evidence of the agreement for the refund.Thank you for your attention to this complaint, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.Sincerely,**************
