I have played their game "Shroud of the Avatar" for at least a month. I have purchased in-game assets for my account. This account has been suspended for actions of a separate account.Since I cannot access the things I've paid for, the money should be refunded. The details to this ridiculous story are below:My girlfriend created a separate gaming account on December 16th, and she named her character "*********************************". There is another player who uses that last name as their first name, "********* DrinkALoT"--both spins off the name ********. As a side note, my character name is "Captain ******"...as you can see, all three names hint at smoking cannabis. With zero supporting evidence, Portalarium suspended her account because they think she intended to mock the player named ********* DrinkALoT. Her intension was actually to make friends with the player because she thinks the name is genius. Regardless, this isn't the problem. They can close her account permanently for all I care.PROBLEM: They also suspended *my* account for the issue with my girlfriend's account. They are two separate accounts. Both accounts were accessed from the same ip address because we live together so they must have assumed these accounts are belonging to the same person. However, they are incorrect in their assumption and they have no evidence other than ip address. They are punishing one account for the actions of another account. It's wrong. I should be refunded. My account name is "gwhipdj" and email is *********************** Her account name is "*******" and email is ********************** <---- (be careful, that is not a capital "S", it is the number "5" for both names)As a long time fan of game creator *******************************, I'm disappointed and almost hurt by how this was handled. As an alternative to a full refund, and restoration of my faith, I would accept the digital package described below. They can choose the settlement.
