    Received quote for window replacement from owner *********************. Paid 50% deposit of $2900 on 12/13/22. ***** passed away and we have not been able to get out deposit back. Windows were never ordered or installed.

    We placed a deposit in the amount of $3000.00 for an order and installation of a 4 panel sliding door on Aug 5th 2022. We were told lead times would be about 12 weeks. After 12 weeks and several emails and calls we were told it would be more like 18 weeks. on December 6th I reached out to ***** to find out an ETA of our sliding door. Again after several emails and voicemails I was contacted by ***** and was told the door was never ordered in August. He gave me the option to either reorder the door or he would refund our $3000.00. On December 13 we asked for a refund he ***** said he would refund the money ASAP. Since then I have given ***** several opportunities to send a refund check and he keep assuring me it was coming. Today, Jan 13th, a month later I still have not received a refund check or have gotten any response to emails and voicemails.

    ***** the owner comes out to give a quote on a sliding door for the price of $6580 in Oct 2022. In Dec 2022 when I expected an update on installation and delivery date he has cut off all communication. The business address does not exist and the phone number has a voicemail that is full. His business have not tried to contact me back in anyway. I would like a refund of the deposit.

    On August 22, 2022, I bought a new front door from the company with a 50% deposit totalling $1,669.27.I have heard no tangible update since the purchase despite repeatedly requesting one nor have I received any proof that the door has been ordered. The original timeline was quoted to be **** weeks, then updated to ***** weeks. Now we are past both of those timeframes.To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full refund, immediately.

    $40,000 of windows installed with workmanship ************** of the windows caulking has failed leaving a full pass through to experior of about 1/8-1/4 inch. Work was warranty by Graceland. Numerous messages left at their business line. No responses. One time did talk to a person who said they would get someone out to fix it. No call backs, no attempt to repair. This is a breach of contract.
