I went to ***** to get my car diagnosed and fixed. My engine code was P0017, He diagnosed my car needed a whole new engine. So I got a new engine and had to delivered to his place. He put it in and commicated it still wasnt starting he told me he had to use my old sensors because the new engine ones didnt work. He got it started, I picked it up. Not even the next day my car died and started to have to same problems it did before coming in, this time it was a different engine code P0340(both include cam problems). I texted him and it took him over a week to get back to me and when he did he wasnt at the shop and his two coworkers had to look on my car. The two guys they said I didnt need to get a whole new engine and I just needed sensors. They cleared the code and said when it comes back on to come back and they will pay for the parts and fix it for free. When my engine light came back on I went back up there and ***** then looked at it and said I needed the sensors and the reason I needed a new engine was because my timing belt was stretched, he also said my new engine didnt come with sensors(which isnt what he claimed before). He told me I will have to pay for the sensors and the labor for it. I communicate I can not afford that since I had to get a whole new engine when I didnt need too. I asked for my old engine back so I could sell it, he expressed that he; doesnt remember where it is, the company took it etc. I contact the company that delivered my engine they did not take my engine back. When he was asked in person about the engine he said he wasnt here the day it was delivered, when in the text you can see he sent me a picture of the delivery truck. he never gave me a straight up answer to where my engine was or the bottom reason I needed a new one. He then has been ignoring my calls and text. I just need the money back I have paid for the parts and labor so I can go elsewhere to get it diagnosed. Once again it wasnt my engine that was the issue.
