    I took my car in on August 26. The manager told me it would be ready in 1-3 weeks. My insurance estimate was 25 days. I soon learned its almost impossible to get them on the phone. You couldnt leave messages either. When I did talk to the owner he blamed my insurance (GEICO). I learned blame shifting was a favorite tactic. I had a rental for 30 days and they extended it another week. I paid for $700 worth myself. I finally got so stressed about them lying about when it would be ready and when they would call me back that my daughter offered to take over contact with them. Also the original estimate included replacing the hood, roof and trunk top and they didnt order them until weeks and weeks into it. Finally after 12 weeks, I got my car back on November 9. Thankfully it looks great and they did honor Codys offer to waive my deductible. I will never go back!

    Outstanding customer service! Codie and his team really bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. Not like any other body shop I have been to in the past where all they care about is money. These guys really go above and beyond! Codie, ***** and their teams have really cleaned this place up and Lost Pines Paint and Body are really going places! I wont go anywhere else! Fantastic work! Thank you **** for being the top choice repair facility for the community!
