  a lilttle example of my luck! i have been sitting here pecking at these keys for an hr & a half explaining what happen & dropped my key ****************** is gone that i wrote!! on 2/11/2023 i was in a wrecy nothing too bad could have been soo much worse. i have AAA **************** side . i call AAA told them what happen & they say their tow truck cant be there ffor another 2 hrs! i say thats not gonna work that im in the middle of the highway! so i tell the cops the info he gets their tow service Need For Speed. they come get my car & clean up the site which was just the plastic bumper cover of my dodge magnum rt. he loads my ***** to the slide bed of his wrecker. i get in oh by the way there were 20 folks there NOT ONE ask if im ok or if my dog was ok, you be leave that? anyway i tell the driver i have AAA he says nice. old him i wanted him to take the car to my house 2.5 miles from there. he tells me if i do that i would have to pay him $310 cash or if i let him take to their impound that AAA would pay the towing. i told him ok that sounds better but i was gonna be the one fixing it. i dont like or trust anyone else working on my car. *** had a bad experence once & a tire came off my truck so no one works on my car. so he takes it to their yard 3 miles away. i talk to the insurance ************* tells me what i figured he would that because i didnt use their contracted tow company that i would have to pay it! so after all this (ive been fixing up this car for 3yrs almost 4) i call up there on the 02/14/2023 to pay them & that Freedom Towing was on their way to get my car & the lady says that the total would have to be paid first & i told her i was gonna pay now she then says it will be $486.00! that blew me out of the water i said for a 3 mile tow & 2 days in the impound? she says yes & has to be paid & it would be more tomorrow! so i pull out my emergency card & pay the $486 reluctantly ( im on disability & taking care of my 83 yr old mother) but what am i suppos to do let them keep the car that ive poured everything into let them keep it! *************** have doctor ******************** to eat. anyway i pay it!ok Freedom gets my car & brings it here to my house exactly a quarter mile away. the driver uses wood skids to put under the back tires becausethe rear end locked up thats what caused the wreck! anyway theirr for the tires on. as hes unloading my car i noticed that my 2 muffler tips are gone! i ask the driver what happen to them 7 he says they werennnt on the car when he picked it up, & ******* theyey put them in my car. i told hihm why they were welded on also bolted to the hangers under the car. they arent gonna just fall off. that would be impossible for that to happen. i look all inside my car for ************ nowhere. i looked closer at my tail *********** can see fresh sawzaw cuts on the metal where someone cut them off. well when i was looking for the pipes i noticed there was a big bag of BIGS pickled sunflower seeds dumped all in my back seat all over the ********** glove box was unlocked & i always lock it because thats where i keep my wallet. luckly i remembered to get it out before he loaded my car to give him my ******** card when he picked up the car at the ********* locked it i know! so after we get the car in my driveway. i call ***** Pride & ask the same lady (i only dealt with one person) what happen to my tail pipes she said shes off now for me to call her tomorrow. so the next morning i call & talk to the same lady she says she didnt find them but her tow driver informed ******* my rear wheels were locked up meaning they would not roll. i said i know this because thats what caused the wreck so continued to say the driver had to bounce & shake my car off the slide bed because the wheels would not roll! i LOST MY BREATH asked her why didnt he use skids like Freedom did she changed the subject to my other question of why were there a big bag of BIGS PICKLED SUNFLOWER seeds dumped all over my back seat she said it had to be the first tow driver or i must of left them there. the first tow driver was Need For Speed Dannys ***** Pride (father son ) & when i went to ask her why my glove box was unlocked she said no one was allowed to be in my ******* concurred with her then she hung up & wouldnt answer! there is no telling what has happened to my suspension or exhaust or ****** for that matter. this isnt the first run in ive had with this father son due. hes son almost killed me or his worker when i took my blazer for them to do my exhaust because that what his son does or runs anyway they put my exhaust that gets **** deg.too close to my lines & brake ********** started melting the wires when i took it back 3 months after getting the whole exhaust done by them the son denied working on it even when i had the proof. nothing ever came of that. i didnt want my car to go there i wanted it at my house so i could stat fixing it. its the only ride my ******* have!. this is just not what i need right now. im getting sick of these people that just walk on folks. i see it all the time, what is wrong with everyone they think they can buy them a spot in heaven or something. well im emailing the **** now. thanx for lending me your sight.

  We were requested to perform the two by law enforcement. The vehicles rear end locked up and caused client to then get into accident. This is considered a non-Consent tow. Our drivers do know to inform customers if they have full coverage insurance, they will pay for tow and impound bill. However, instead of taking it straight to our impound lot which then incurs fees, my driver offered the out of pocket cost to pay for accident scene tow and delivery to his house. I have attached the invoice to show charges as follows. When towing for the county there is a flat fee for tow, we do not charge mileage. On this we had to charge winching and add skate because it would not roll, we also had a clean up fee for all parts being picked up from road. Then placing floor dry on road to clean all fluids from the road, as well as our truck bed. I waived the admin impound fee of ***** and did not charge him the $65 to remove vehicle from our lot so it could be towed by AAA. After this vehicle was removed by AAA the client called stating we spilled sunflower seeds in his back seat. Yes, I suggested they may have already been in the vehicle and then spilled because of my impact, my drivers are not allowed to go through customers vehicle. **** requires all vehicles to be locked and remain that way once on the property. He then began asking about the exhaust tips, I told him I would look into the exhaust tips. At first I did not find them, but later I had found that my office assistant had walked the yard to trash all broken debris from wrecked cars that move in and out of our yard. I found them in our dumpster. How they fell off the vehicle I can only assume was from the wreck and or them being loose. These are clamp on exhaust tips I have attached photos showing the clamps at the end of the tips. Also, in other photos you can see numbers parts had come off this vehicle. This exhaust is attached to the engine and with this kind of impact it took of course there would be a shift and stress caused to the exhaust. This vehicle has extreme damage and is near totaled, we cannot be responsible for this. The client stated in his complaint "I was in a wreck, nothing too bad"& clean up the site which was just the plastic bumper" I feel the photos show otherwise. This client has posted on his ******** other threats, bullying and slander towards other business to receive free services. They are there for you to review, Our goal is never to have an unhappy customer, however sometimes we are seen as the bad guy when we need to be paid for our services.   I am rejecting this response because: 1) i told the driver that AAA wouldnt pay it because Freedom Towing is who does AAA towing! They did use skids to help the unloading/loading of my wagon! unlike some other tow company that she herself told me had to bounce & shake my car off the flat bed, with that said i was charged for the driver using skids to unload my car when they were never used even when he drug my car up on the bed didnt even put it in neutral! my exhaust tips were welded on & had a hanger on it which was bolted to the frame! heres my theory on what happen to the tips. while they were all giggling with each other while "SHAKING & BOUNCING " my car 3 different times they crushed  my exhaust tips soo much that( they even creased my back bumper can tell by the white stressed plastic marks on the bumper) that they cut them off & was gonna convince me (try) that they must of came off when i was hit. heres a couple of pics of my wagon 1 week later & of the black scooped hood & fenders the next morning showing no damage to them. only the plastic was broke dont even need an alignment from the wreck! 

  2) who ever was in my car in yalls yard had my keys because i always lock my glove box because i keep my wallet in there & i took that & other important items out of my car before he towed it to yalls yard! i vividly remember pulling on the handle of the glove box door to make sure it was locked back!!

  3) THE MALICIOUS part with the opening & deliberate pouring of the **** big bag of PICKLED Sunflower Seeds all over my back seat & floor board & back seat pulled up that REALLY gets to me . its like yea i did this & aint nothing you can do about it, except no one wants to be that person to speak up & put the company at risk!! so i must of had the party in my car with my dog & thats what actually made me wreck!!! is that the picture  you were painting for me Ma"aM??        this isnt the first time this company has took my money & done more harm then good (or the job their supposed to being paid to do) then denied installing a whole new exhaust system on my blazer!!! i let that go dont know why other then the fear of retaliation, but i did, now this. 

  4) i paid the money they asked for , there for i should of got my car back the way it was while me & my dog sit waiting in it for them to show up, which was clean with exhaust intact & not cursed at called crazy & hollered at soo loudly i had to hold the phone away from me that my deaf mother could hear her screaming at me! i was already in debt & was looking :am looking" to be in further debt fixing my car (only car for me & my 83 yr. old mother have to utilise for appointments) but was done & thank god for credit cards.. 
   i still havent recieved my tag either? wasnt in the bag of trash & cat litter that was in my car??

  I am rejecting this response because: they need for speed is still saying it isnt them even after showing the bill from them. what is going on with this? no one wants to except responsibility for their wrong doings! they sure as h*** excepted the money!!
