My wife and I had been talking about adding a covered porch on the back of our home for several years, but trying to find a contractor who was both professional, skilled and honest was proving to be difficult. We found POLC’s website and read a couple of reviews and decided to move forward. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Josue and his team demonstrated the highest caliber of professionalism and integrity. The quality of work was outstanding and his attention to detail is excellent. I recommend POLC for any outdoor project because you’ll absolutely be pleased with the finished product.Review from David A.

Premier Outdoor Living and Construction LLC was a great experience during construction of my patio roof extension. While designing the project any questions I asked were answered and after design was completed if I called or texted about anything I received an answer or was called back with a response.The team working on project was very professional and friendly and the work was excellent. They worked hard every day to complete the project in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to have a company keep me informed throughout the whole project. The finished project looks great. POLC is an outstanding company and delivered great value! We solicited bids from 5 companies to gauge their design ideas, capabilities, price, and professionalism. DESIGN: The owner, Jose, has a real eye for design, with a balanced approach toward durability, aesthetics, owners’ satisfaction, & functionality. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having a good designer. There were many things I thought I wanted that we did not install, and there were many design ideas POLC put forth that I did not think were possible. CAPABILITIES: His team was very versatile and flexible, accommodating many of my last-minute requests, and installing everything as required by code, often exceeding it. They were able to bring every aspect of our design ideas to fruition! PRICE: POLC was not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Great value! PROFESSIONALISM: POLC conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They handled all permitting, inspections, and progress updates as expected. Overall, we received a great value for a high quality product from POLC. I would highly recommend using them and would use them again!Review from Sara C.

Premier Outdoor Living was recommended to us by many people to extend and cover our existing patio! So glad we went with Josue, we couldn't be happier! The ENTIRE process was smooth and easy! He explained everything from start to finish and worked with us to figure out exactly what design we wanted to meet our needs, except he exceeded our expectations! Josue and his team did a phenomenal job constructing our patio extension and gable. He was very informative and saved us from making a huge and costly mistake with our initial plans. Each phase of our project (permitting, framing, electrical, etc.) was met with professional tradesmen and communication throughout our project was very transparent. Electronic payments made it easy to pay and keep track of our invoices and Josue checked-in with us frequently to answer questions and give us detailed updates. Extremely happy with their work. Did it timely and worked with us on our holiday schedule. They probably would have had it done faster if it were not for our schedule that held them up.
