    I moved into ******************** on or around February 28th, section 8 was supposed to do an inspection prior to my move in, in my personal opinion the apartments was not inspected or it wasn't inspected properly. Upon my move in, I was given an inspection paper to do my own inspection. In doing my inspection, I found a lot of work that needed to be addressed. None of the amenities they offered on the on line brochure or in working order,, the microwave has a broken piece on the top of it and smells like it will blow up, the ice maker doesn't work, the dishwasher comes out of the wall when I open it, and the stove is so rusted underneath the burner, it has holes in it and underneath the kitchen sink the wood seems to be rotted out. I brought it to the attention of the person working in office, but nothing was fixed except the leaking faucet and the leak that was coming from the dishwasher. I also bought the matter to the attention of my case worker and asked for a reinspection, but I never got a response. I'm simply seeking help to get property management to have these issues fixed or replaced. I recently noticed that the ice box doesn't stay close so, I'm having trouble keeping things I put in there cold.

    I would like for the complex to honor the amenities they promised in there online brochure and either fix or replace non-working and broken appliances.

    I am rejecting this response because: unless they entered my apartment today which is 4/12/2023 without my knowledge while I'm at work, nothing has been resolved, as a matter of fact, I  tried to use the microwave about a week ago and it almost caught fire,  flames came from the inside of it, and since then I have noticed sparks coming from the wall outlets when I plucg things into them,So, to my knowledge nothing has been fixed or replaced, I have not heard from ******************** regarding any plans to fix or replace anything, except for requiring me to pay my rent two weeks earlier than agreed. I guess that's their way of making me pay.
