      Ran my card several times until every ***** was taken from my account instead of calling me or invoicing me when future rent was due. We did not plan on staying past Saturday but attempted anyways to take $570 for an RV spot. She admitted to running my card over and over until she got what she could. When the $570 would not go through she ran it until she got $179.28. I called to speak request a refund and explained how I shouldnt have been charged because we are moving and she refused to give me a refund and hung up on me 3 times. She said we will never see our money and told us we needed to leave today. I was paid up through today the 17th, plus now I guess how ever many days the $179.28 that she took from me. They are very vocal about their dislike for kids and do not want them in the office or in certain parts of the park where employees live.

      In response to complaint:

      The guest in question checked into the ** Resort on November 17, 2023. The Site Agreement was signed for the monthly rent + electricity. It was signed for auto pay setup. Which reflects on the site agreement and on the computer reservation system.

      The third month when the rent was due the card was charged and the full amount did not go through. The amount that was approved was refunded the same day as we do not take partial payments.

      The complainant called the office cussing out the person on duty that day stating that the site agreement was not signed for auto pay, and that they were vacating the site in a couple of days.

      The amount that was due was adjusted for 2 days plus the last months electric.
