Refunds/Returns
1. U.S. Secure Coins wants to make sure its clients receive the best service possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund except on special order coins or bullion related orders. Special State refund provisions are set forth at the end of this Agreement. Other disclosures regarding special State refund provisions will be provided as required by State law.2. Our policy is that payments for refunds on coins received and confirmed for liquidation will be processed in 10-15 business days unless specified otherwise by management in writing.
3. Replacement of Semi-Numismatic or Numismatic Coins Where Grade Disputed: Customer agrees to inspect each delivery carefully upon receipt. If, for any reason whatsoever, Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of a semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar (specific kinds of Precious Metals) purchased from USSC, Customer should immediately notify USSC. If Customer notifies USSC of its dissatisfaction within ten (10) days of delivery of the semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar and the original holder in which the semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar in question was delivered has not been opened, removed, or tampered with in any respect, USSC shall replace the semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar in question with another semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar (as appropriate) of the same denomination/type and grade. USSC, in its sole discretion, may permit Customer to upgrade to a higher value semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar (either in denomination/type or grade) as part of this replacement process, provided Customer pays the difference between the contract price of the semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar previously purchased and USSC’s current sale price for the higher value semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin(s) or bar(s) to be substituted. If USSC determines, in its sole discretion, that another semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar of the same denomination/type and grade is not reasonably, commercially available, USSC may elect, at its sole option, to either (i) replace the semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar purchased with a reasonably comparable semi-Numismatic or Numismatic coin or bar, even though of a different denomination/type and grade, or (ii) return Customer’s Purchase Funds and void that particular transaction. Any requests pursuant to this paragraph should be directed, in writing, to U.S. Secure Coins, Attention: Customer Service, 7945 Old Voth Rd. Beaumont, TX 77708, and postmarked by the deadline indicated. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
4. This refund policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other or different rights which vary from State to State.
5. No refunds will be issued on promotional offers without the return of any free/reduced coins included.
