    5/1/2024 Amount paid $712.74 I bought my car into the dealership stating that my vehicle wasnt shifting into gears properly and I had to use the shift lock. Before I had to bring my car in to get my engine switched out, they did call me saying that there were issues with my shift gear and that I should look into it getting replaced. I didnt get it replaced right away because I didnt have the funds. So fast forward until now, I called up there staying the same issue, they call me back later saying they think they have found the issue and the only thing they could think of was my ignition cylinder which caused my alarm to go off, which had nothing to do with my shift gear locking up and having to use the shift lock which causes my car to not lock properly because my seatbelt light is constantly flickering on the dash, my head lights flicker, and the lights to my radio flickers as well. The issue that I bought my car up there for was not addressed, I called up there again stating that the issue wasnt fixed, the lady said only thing they would do is diagnose with out charge but if another issue was found they would charge me. I think thats unfair because I told the lady what the issue was and they decide to take upon themselves to try and fix something else they didnt need to be addressed.

    We were down the road and all the sudden all alarms on the car was going off. She called Classic Kia trying to get the car in again or at least get them to look at the car and the lady told her it would do no good since the faults are not recorded (I claim BS on that.) We decided to schedule an appointment and it is a week from now. I took the car to AutoZone *************, and asked if they can run a diagnostic on the car. They did run it for free, Kudos to them! They found it is a computer communication error. I got the print out and drove to Classic Kia. I asked the service manager if he thought this would leave my wife and child stranded. He was very numb to a complaining customer. He did not want to see the print out I had and he discredited the report and told me, we have to do a full diagnostics on the vehicle. So I said ok we have an appointment next Thursday is the car a risk to drive? He proceeded to tell me with an aggravated posture, do you see all these service tickets on my desk? I politely said, we all have problems, but my problem is that I purchased a fifty thousand dollar car from you 1 year ago, I have twenty thousand miles and I have to rent a car for a week because of my car is not stable enough to drive. His aggravated answer was to bring the car in and I cant promise when I can look at it As all this discussions were going on they are constantly running Vehicles through the oil change. My thoughts are, you are so busy on oil changes and you cant do a warranty diagnostics? To Classic Kiawarranties should be your priority not oil changes. In addition, you post sales is where you maintain customer relations through vehicle service and maintenance during the life cycle of the vehicle - this is where you fail! Never again will I endorse and or give any positive reviews to your organization. I now will only WARN people not to give 1 ***** to Classic Kia if after sales is important to you. We are now driving a rental car
