      On the companies site, it states in multiple places that they have a 30 day love it or get your money back guarantee. After receiving the product and being very disappointed with it, I asked for a refund. I was told that their policy has recently changed and that they no longer offer a refund of the full cost, only a %20 refund, even though their site still states that a full refund will be given if you are unhappy. After multiple email exchanges, I was offered a %30 refund, and a %40 refund, but never the full refund that is advertised and clearly stated on their site. I am seeking the full refund I am entitled to, and I am fully prepared to send the product back if needed.

      * Date of Transaction: April 17, 2024 * The amount of money you paid to the business: $33.94 and my order number is: ****** * What the business committed to provide you: roll on scent meticulously blended infusion of pheromones to inspire feelings of sensual self-assurance, playfulness, and allure formulated to elevate your unique body chemistry and essence - elements that naturally enhance attraction. * What is the nature of the dispute: I purchased 2 roll-on fragrances as a buy1get1 offer. I received my order on april 27. On April 29, I contacted Enhanced Scents via email expressing my dissatisfaction with their product and inquired about how I could start the refund process. I received the following response, "Unfortunately, we've recently had to update our return policy due to safety regulations, which now prevents us from accepting returns. We're here to help and want to make things right for you. As a friendly alternative, we'd like to refund 20% of your purchase price, just let us know, and we'll take care of everything for you". I referenced the return/refund policy on their website, which then they offered 30%. When I mentioned I would take my concern to the BBB, they then increased the refund to 40%. This business is failing to fulfill my request for a full refund as advertised on their website which states "Returns: We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you." Their IG page "enhanced.scents" also states 30 day money back guarantee and I would like a full refund.

      Their website makes a 30 day risk free guarantee for their enhanced scene product. I ordered my bottles on April 5th, paying $32.98. Receiving the merchandise, I tried it with no effects promised on the website. I contacted them via their contact support, found on their website, on April 13th for a refund. They e-mailed me on April 14th with a request for me to give it more time because for some people, the product takes longer for it to work. I replied on the 16th saying Id tried the scent and it wasnt working and I wanted a refund. On the same day They apologized that their policy had a recent change and offered me a courteous 20% refund on my purchase price. I e-mailed back the next day saying this was unacceptable and wanted my full amount back. On the 18th their response was an extended, genuine offering of 30% back on my money. I replied back to them on the same day telling them I want the $32.98 back and if they didnt honor their 30 day guarantee I was reporting them to the BBB and having the transaction reversed by my bank. Their response was the 30% was a significant refund because I also get to keep the product. My response was I didnt want their product I just wanted My 30 day risk free refund. The next day they answered back with their last offer of 40%. I did not send them any more e-mails. Instead, I got my money back by filing a dispute with my bank today, the 24th, and now Im filing the complaint with you as I promised them.

      Purchase date: 4/15/24 I purchased perfume from Enhanced Scents. When it arrived, I unscrewed the top, smelled it - didn't like the scent, put the top back on and put it back in the box. I immediately emailed them for a refund and they said due to "safety regulations" they had changed their return policy, and could not accept the return.I am attaching a screenshot from the Enhanced Scents website this morning (4/22/24) that shows their refund policy for this perfume and it says it can be returned within 30 days for a refund.I have purchased perfume online before and returned it if I didn't like the scent with no trouble at all. They have made up this new regulation so they don't have to give a full refund.They offered me a 40% refund, but I want a full refund. This item is new and in the box and I emailed them the same day I received it.

      Placed an order with company and they provided fake tracking number, I inquired 3 different times about it and they refused a refund and gave me fake tracking number all times. Each time it just said pending forever. It never actually ships.

      Date of transaction: 3/20/2024 For the amount of $32.98 I see that Im just one of many with this same complaint. They offer a 30 day money back TRY risk free guarantee. I used it only twice but wanted to return since the scent made me so sick. I reached out 4/6/2024 to return the items and its been a battle ever since. They refused to accept a return and refused a full refund. First tried to offer 25% refund then a 35% refund then this garbage about refund policy. Their site literally says TRY risk free for 30 days and money back guarantee within 30 days and they have refused to issue a full refund. I cant get anyone at this company to address their guarantee or even to acknowledge it. I hope they get shut down because this is an absolute scam.

      Same complaint, different day! Now reading the complaints here, I see that I have fallen for the same scam. Purchased under a 30 day enhanced promise which included in the email that a small amount to be tested was acceptable. Then when asking for a refund, safety regulations have supposedly changed and they cannot accept a refund. Thus, offered 30% back after multiple exchanges, citing their website and that the policy is still listed for the next person to fall for.

      I purchased perfume from Enhanced Scents about 2 weeks ago. The perfume does not last more than 10 minutes and upon purchase, with the item description, it states they accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date which was March 7. I emailed customer service on March 23 that I wanted to initiate a return. On March 24, they replied that they changed their policy and cannot return the item but will offer 20% back from the purchase. In my reply, I included an image of their return policy that still shows a return within 30 days. After back and forth several times, they brought the percentage up to 40% after I told them I will be reporting this to the BBB since they are not honoring their policy that is blatantly still on their website. Im over fighting with them as I just want my money back for a product that does not work and for them to honor what their website says under this specific product. I have told them I have no issue sending back the product to them as it is useless to me, but want a refund since that was the policy on the purchase date and still to this day. I included a screenshot of my receipt and the policy as of this morning, March 24, 2024,

      Purchased online ******. First order was lost in transit. Asked for a refund right then via email since lost in transit. Got an email back saying I would hear from them in 24 hours. Next thing I know the package showed up with a new tracking number. The product is horrible and not as advertised. Emailed the day after product arrived asking to return and get my money back. The website said can get refund. Now I am getting the run around on my refund.

Due to a change in returns for safety reasons they cannot accept the perfume back and now are not honoring their money back policy. They have offered me 20% and 30% refund and have acknowledged their need to update their policy. As you will read in the emails, they acknowledge their return policy and that it will be updated. However, I made my purchase under the current return policy. I am extremely frustrated. I feel like they are fraudulently advertising a policy they will not honor. I have taken screen shots of their return policy and the " 30 day promise". I have also attached the email correspondence I hope you'll be able to help me!
