Purchased the original scent in February 2024 because they had a deal for buy one get one free. Even though I had not smelled the perfume before buying I felt assured because of their 30 day risk free trial that stated you could even try it out for a small amount and be able to return. Received the product and because of a couple of things realized I would not be able to use it and emailed to start a return. Over the past couple of days I have been back and forth with them. One email I will say the reason for my return which did not say I used it at all and the next email they will say they cant do a return because I used it. They state in an email they dont accept returns at all and then say they only accept if it was damaged. I stated multiple times and sent them screenshots about how the website states the 30 day risk free policy and they need to honor it and they would say their policy recently changed where they dont accept any returns at all and I said that doesnt make sense because when I bought it the policy stated opposite of that and the website currently states that as well. The literal next email said their policy has been the same for years. Its almost like a bot is responding with the contradicting information they are giving out with each email. The most they ever offered me was 50% back and I said I wanted the full as stated on the site. I dont want the perfume. I want their policy to be honored and my money back. I have never dealt with a company and customer service anything close to this.Business response

I purchased a pheromone perfume from this company over 2 weeks ago. The company sent me a shipping confirmation on 1/16/24. After a week passed I reached out to see where the package was they told me all they could see was that the package left their warehouse. I checked the tracking and the package has been claimed to be awaiting pickup in Jamaica, **. Its been at that location for over 5 days. Ive reached out to customer service about a refund and now Im being ignored. No one will get back to me. Im pretty sure I got scammed. I dont think there is any product in transit. When I read up on Logosh they were reported as a fraudulent transporter. Ideally I would like the product but if not Id prefer a refund.Business response

The company had a sale going so I purchase item supposedly shipped quickly yet the item is stuck in transit and hasnt moved in 18 days - the company refuses to refund me. They have been listed as a scam after the fact.Business response

I originally saw an ad for this companys perfume and thought it might be a nice Christmas gift to myself. I ordered one bottle of the exotic lotus scent. At the time of ordering the website clearly stated that returns and exchanges were accepted; even if a small amount of the product had been used (to test). If this had not been the case, I would not have bought a perfume I cant smell online. When it arrived I wasnt a fan of the smell, so I asked to exchange it for the other scent. I was told no by whoever emailed me from their support. I then sent screen shots of their return policy (which had been conveniently updated to say returns were accept only on unused products) and they told me no again! So I emailed a third time and asked for a plain refund. They finally said yes to an exchange instead of the refund that I now requested, and sent a package with the new product: which was another bottle of the same exact scent I already bought! So now I have two bottles of perfume that smell like cheap old granny perfume and Im $27 poorer. I emailed again to ask for a refund AGAIN, guess what? No reply despite their promise of a response in ***** hours it has been almost a week. I am guessing they are waiting to reply to me until after their new 30 day guarantee return policy has run out, which is in 2 days since my original purchase. This is not just an annoyed customer though; the address on their website doesnt lead to a real place according to ****** maps. They also delete all the bad reviews from their website (which is false advertisement as far as Im concerned). There were a few 1 star reviews when I purchased the product originally, which I read. But now they have magically disappeared the whole business is very fishy.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate the refund, and feel personally satisfied, this does not change the fact that the business itself is a scam. BBB, please do your due diligence with investigating the company to ensure that other customers are not treated this way. And see evidence from previous message in regard to the scam. Thank you.

I found this company on Instagram. That said that they have perfume that enhanced women's pheromones. I typically don't order perfume that I can't smell but on the website It states that they have a 30 day risk-free trial. If you do not love it. You can get a refund. Upon receiving the product. I opened one and I did not like the smell. But since it said it enhanced natural pheromones, I tried it anyway. I didn't like the smell and it did not enhance anything. Two days later I reach out to the company by email. In the automatic email, it replied back saying the company will be in touch within 24 to 48 business hours. When support reached back out by email 4 days later, they asked why about the return andfor more information regarding the return. So I replied back by email and then afterwards. They rejected it, so we've been going back-and-forth by email every since. I personally feel that if you're going to have a 30 day risk-free trial on your website. You should honor it and not go back-and-forth on deciding if you should honor it or not.Business response

I should have never had to go this link to get this issue solved.. With that being said what's done is done. I still will not shop at the company again, but I'm glad my refund was done.
