I went to Jason’s Deli on on 11/23/2021 and paid $12.41 for a meal that was not made correctly. I do not believe that order was refunded. I went to Jason’s Deli again sometime between 12/30/2021 and 1/2/2022. My order was charged to my account and was again made incorrectly. I went to the store to resolve the issue but the manager on duty was rude and his female employee was also. They both claimed “there’s always issues with my order or she always does this”! I told the female she needed to check her attitude and the manager need to ensure that because yes there is always an issue with my order being made incorrectly. The male manager asked what was wrong with the order and I told him he needed to read the receipt. He walked away with my order and threw it in the trash and told a white male employee to “mess my order up and call the police”. I requested a refund because they do not have good communication skills and I did not want to risk them endangering my health with tainting my food. I have not received a refund from either trip to this store and their corporate office has not made any attempts to contact me or refund my money. I want a full refund of both amounts immediately! I do not have the last receipt because the manager took it and walked away!Business response

This complaint was forwarded to the management team of our Wichita franchise location on January 7, 2022. The owner and district manager responded. They have called Ms. ***** and asked for her credit card number to issue the refund, but she replied she did not want to talk to anyone. The district manager said he would try again on 1/7/2022. If she refuses to give her credit card info, she can not receive a refund and...there is nothing else we can do for her.Initial Complaint

09/24/2021 pm, went in to the **** Chapel Hill Road, Douglasville, GA location. Gave the hostess my order, was given my salad bowl to get my salad. I was harassed continuously by the assistant manager on duty that evening, *********, from the beginning to the end of my visit from everything from asking for a small brown bag for my bread muffins to retrieving my food. I was never handed my sandwich. It was just left by the hostess on the post I was leaning on and I had to retrieve it myself. As I left, I mentioned to them what RUDE service I was receiving. I left. Got to my car, started the engine and *********, the manager was right at my window making threats of bodily harm to me claiming that her associate said that I scratched her. Her associate and I had never even touched because the bag was never handed to me. This manager bullied me, threatened me, refused to talk to me in restaurant around cameras ----only in the parking lot. I have filed a police report since I was threatened.Business response

She refuses to talk to me. Every time I try to call her to reconcile her visit she hangs up on me.

I am rejecting this response because: This incident occurred on 09/24/2021. I CALLED this Douglasville, Georgia location myself on 09/25/2021 to inform them of the threats that I received from his assistant manager the day prior. ***** HIMSELF came to the phone and had AMPLE time between 09/24/2021 and TODAY 10/13/2021 to reach out to me to "reconcile' his assistant manager's unruly behavior. He CHOSE NOT to do so and ONLY did so AFTER he was confronted with the BBB Complaint 21 days later.

The managing partner at the deli has tried to contact the customer, but the customer refuses to talk to him and hangs up.
