The business went way over on price and didn't except my credit card for payment but did except a credit from a person of his own color also my car was ************* when I bought it in transmission repair shop to get repaired but ran much worse when I went to pick it up and ed" ********************** didn't give my old parts nor gave me a receipt for new parts that he claimed to have bought.

Remember this: The first time the vehicle was brought to us the engine would not run!!! We can't test the transmission without the engine running properly! Customer had to have it towed back to the ********************** facility that had just finished working on it.  This can be proven with wrecker bills and dates on them...
Customer was called on several occasions regarding the repair of the transmission regarding pricing before, during and after the repair. He said O.K. to the prices, and the last response was "I just want it right". Then he complained about the price when he arrived to pay. There was no one else in the office at the time he said the "person of my own color" made a transaction, that's not only inaccurate but implies racism/discrimination. The vehicle only cranked twice (after it had been in the previous repair facility twice for this problem as aforementioned) for us to get the vehicle in for repair, in which I let the customer know this. He also let me know he was aware of how badly the engine ran during my call to him to let him know the vehicle can't be test driven properly running like this. He said the carburetor was under warranty with someone else. When the engine stopped running completely AGAIN, he said "I just had that fixed, so it's not my fault". He expected me to pay for a wrecker to get vehicle over to his repair facility. I said that's not how it works. He started complaining over and over saying "Well it was running before it got here." It is a **** model so I took it on my own to troubleshoot the ignition problem. I fixed the ignition problem. AFTER TIME SPENT, IT WAS A LOOSE WIRE INSIDE THE DISTRIBUTOR "WE" HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. SOMEONE ELSE JUST BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE VEHICLE HAD WORKED ON THE IGNITION SYSTEM/DISTRIBUTOR!!!!! CUSTOMER ADMITTED THAT! NO CHARGE!!! REPLACED BROKEN VACUUM DEVICE ON ENGINE TO ********************. NO CHARGE!!! DEALING WITH A SUM TOTAL OF ABOUT AN HOUR OF COMPLAINING TOTAL, MAYBE MORE. NO CHARGE!!! He had complained so much over problems that we had NOTHING TO DO WITH OR CAUSE and after fixing the ignition and vacuum at no charge, I was not going to take any form of payment that could be halted/stopped! Cash only! Again, he complained about that! The old parts were put in a clean box in the vehicle trunk which he saw! He of course received an itemized invoice for the repair. He was wanting the receipts from my suppliers! I HAVE SPENT WAY MORE TIME THAN I CHARGED TO TRY TO APPEASE HIM!!! I will no longer spend any more time on this!!!!!!!!! "THE ***** ADJUSTMENT" IS ALREADY PAID FOR BY ALL THE EXTRA WORK THAT WAS NOT CHARGED FOR. I bent over backwards, and this is what I get!!!!!! Since the time he has cost me in stress/aggravation & complaining on this job, insinuation of racism/discrimination I WILL NOT ENTERTAIN/ATTEND MEDIATION!!!!! OR ARBITRATION!!!!

I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL RESPONSE!!! The engine had problems running which Christian ******** apparently repaired by this time. Again, I bent over backwards trying to help resolve issues. Time that I spent at no charge etc...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had previously told ************ (when he paid me and had the car towed to get the engine running properly) that I still had to check the transmission, make sure it's working properly after he had the engine repaired and running properly which I'm still willing to do. That is as far as I'm going with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
