    I am disappointed that :1. ****** is no longer in the service ***** he is now a mechanic in the service ate.He has always made sure all communication and commitment to your ******************** customers were involved in all transactions from the beginning to the end.2. Now you have a whole new crew taking care of the customers and no follow up as for the next step. The service team on the front line don't even know how to open the emails a customer sends you. I know I am not the only customer but make me feel like I am and make me keep trusting the service I have had for the pass five years. I go through ******* to drive to Beaumont and now the service I get now is like a piece of Sh**. I have never not paid you for the services rendered and after this service it makes me to reconsider using your establishment until you put considerate service people on your front line with respect. I hope this review is read by your President and will make the correct changes so your service team will not run off all the thousands of dollars my self and other customers we know. Because the service is just as bad as ******* team. Please review your teammates as to be trained correctly or move them to a job they can benefit your company. Mrs. ******************** customer since 2018
