      On October 5, 2021, I called Fusion and spoke with *******************************, Lease Maturity Advisor, who told me that if I returned my vehicle before the end of October he would waive the disposition fee, which he did, and send me a check for the final two payments of my lease, which he didn't. I returned the car on 10/11/2021. I've emailed **************** multiple times. I've tried calling but fall in line with 25 other callers. I've yet to receive a callback or response to my emails. The car is fully paid off. I made the last two payments on it. After reading all of the similar complaints it seems this is the only way to get this company to make good on its promise. All I want is the $830 promised to me. See below of email from Lease Maturity Advisor:From: ******************************* <******************************>Date: Tue, Oct 5, 2021 at 1:34 PM Subject: Fusion lease ****** To: ****************** <*****************>Jxxxxh x Gxxxxxfo,I will waive the ****** disposition fee and send you a check for ****** if you return it by 10-31-2021.To return your leased vehicle to our Inspection and ************** conveniently located just off Route 110 at ***************************************. Please call248-419-7050, two to four weeks before your scheduled lease expiration date so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.       I would like to retract my complaint. I did receive a call back from Fusion Auto Finance last week. The check was just received, and I no longer have any outstanding complaints against this company. It seems like it was an internal clerical error that delayed the funds from being returned to me.

      I returned a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on lease 2 months early on air 31,2021 and I was told by fusion auto that they were going to pay my last payment, my termination fee and hand me a check for 1 old payment. When I dropped on the truck on aug 31 they told me they will mail the check to me. I called mid September and they told me the check was mailed but to a different address, so I said thats ok can we fix it and we changed address. Yea hen I called on oct 15 and they told me they mailed the second attempt check on October 7 and I should have received it and I told them no. I kept calling and now I called 11/9 and they told me they are going to stop payment and mail it to me overnight and that I should have it by the end of the week. Well the end of the week came and I still have no check
