I made a purchase with this company in February and I never received the service I paid for... I have reached out numerous of times through text, phone calls and email and still have not been refunded... It has been 6 months... Every time I finally get some one on that line they give me the same run around answer to where I was even told the CFO was going to call me and I never got that call either...I just want my funds back because $875 is a lot of money for something I never received

This was a company I used to repair my credit. They got many things removed off my credit except for the bankruptcy which was the main reason I had to pay extra. That is fine, I want to file a complaint because they also offered me business funding and promised they could get me a ****** I paid $2500 and was told the *** would send me a paper to fill out and they would tell me what to say. I felt like that was strange but I thought maybe it was to report taxes on the ***** or maybe even the *** was offering a *****. I waited for months and started doing my own research. This company signed me up for "Employee Retention Credit" for businesses that had employees during COVID which I did not have. I called the *** to request it be canceled, but this company will not refund me my $2500. I was never told this was ERC. They assured me it was a *****. I paid them $1800 through cash app and $700 through a credit card.
