      Complete Credit Solutions, **** (CCS) purchased a file of charged off consumer debt originated by *********** on June 19, 2020. Included in this purchase was the outstanding and delinquent debt owed by ***** *****.
      Our records indicate this lease account originated on April 7, 2019, through *********** and ***** ***** (attachment A).  The original *********** account number is *********** records indicate the account became delinquent on December 9, 2018, and was charged off by *********** on July 31, 2019. ***** ***** didnt complete the terms of the agreement with Okinus, leaving a remaining balance of $4,483.39. Our records also indicate the last payment towards this account was on April 19, 2019 in the amount of $206.63, This payment was dishonored by her bank on April 23, 2019 due to non-sufficient funds.
      ***** ***** has filed multiple disputes, the latest filed a dispute with ******** received on August 29, 2024.  We responded to a consumer dispute through a third-party service, *****, (****). We conducted a comprehensive investigation into the matter raised in the dispute.
      Our investigation included a detailed review of all relevant information and documentation associated with the account. The **** was returned on August *******, see (Attachment B).   Based on our findings, we have determined that no fraudulent activity has occurred. Additionally,Complete Credit Solutions, **** (CCS) also provided validation of the account during the last BBB complaint filed on July 15, 2024. See (Attachment C)
      To also address a serious issue regarding documentation submitted by ***** ***** in his ACVD,which was received on August 29, 2024, along with a **** complaint filed to Experian.
      ***** ***** provided documentation claiming to be from Complete Credit Solutions; however, this document is fraudulent. See (Attachment D, E) Complete Credit Solutions has confirmed that they have never issued a letter of resolution concerning the credit reporting discrepancy in question. The document in question appears to have been falsified by ***** *****. Forgery is considered a crime under Texas law, and this matter should be addressed immediately to prevent further fraudulent actions or misinformation in this case, were moving forward to address the fraud received from ***** *****.
      As of this date, CCS has had no communication with Complete Credits Solutions, **** (CCS) ***** ***** by telephone, email, or mail. In an effort to show cooperation with your office and attempt to resolve this matter with ***** *****, we request that ***** ***** contact our office to establish a mutual agreement that will be beneficial to both parties.Provided an agreement can be reached, *** will report the debt as paid in full to all the credit reporting bureaus.

      Complete Credit Solutions, **** (CCS) purchased a file of charged off consumer debt originated by *********** on March 30, 2021. Included in this purchase was the outstanding and delinquent debt owed by **** Latrell *******.
      Our records indicate this lease account originated on June 29, 2019, through 5th Gold Valley and **** Latrell ******* (attachment A, B and C) This includes contract copy with copy of the *** as well as copy picture of the purchase made that day.  The original *********** account number *********. Our records indicate the account became delinquent on December 15, 2019, and was charged off by *********** on February 29, 2020. **** ******* Coleman   didnt complete the terms of the agreement with Okinus, leaving a remaining balance of $3,242.11. Our records also indicate the last payment towards this account was on January 28, 2022, in the amount of $90.00, as a repayment plan set up with one of our agencies on a settlement agreement. This re-payment settlement was dishonored due to non-sufficient funds.
      Our records indicate that we sent a validation letter and media on May 16, 2023,based on a letter dispute received on May 14, 2023 Our investigation included a detailed review of all relevant information and documentation associated with the account. Based on our findings, we have determined that no fraudulent activity has occurred. I trust the information provided will satisfy **** ******* request for account documentation and validation.  CCS will also update our trade-line to reflect the account in question is under dispute based on her complaint.

      I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate account(s) on my ********************** report.Acct: ********************** *************************** have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I contacted National Credit Adjusters, LLC and ***************************** and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature and they have not been able to provide such proof to me. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and these disputed items may not appear on my credit report if they can't be verified by any evidence or proof.

      Our records indicate this loan originated on May 11, 2020,through an arrangement between CreditNinja and *************************** (see attachment A, B, C). The original CreditNinja account number is ******. Our records also indicate the last payment in the amount of $51.16 was made on May 22, 2020. Due to non-payment, the loan was charged off on July 28, 2020. 
      Additionally, our records indicate that the email ******************** is associated with the information you provided to us, along with payments made from a ***** Fargo account were funds were distributed to and IP Address all registered to ***************************. To verify this, I have attached the relevant proof in the following attachments (Attachment A, B, C ) for your review, which all information can be found on the contract agreements provided, as well as information regarding CreditNinja contacts and the sale of your debt can be located in the following attachments with your account details. If lender can provide the contract with my signature so I can confirm this was done fraudulently. If the lender is not able to provide the information that I am requesting, I demand for this to be taken off my credit report.

      Complete Credit ********* **** (CCS) on November 5, 2019.  The original creditor is Protect America, and the original account number is ******. Our records indicate the monitoring agreement between Protect America and *********************** was executed on February 26, 2014. Detailed information regarding this agreement references a monthly monitoring fee of $49.99 for a 36-month period (attachment A). Our records also indicate *********************** made the $49.99 monthly payments through June 09,2018. No additional payments were made after that date. Due to nonpayment and defaulting on the agreement,Protect America charged off the account on November 30, 2018.  A copy of the required alarm registration was also by *********************** (attachment B).
      CCS has received multiple EOSCAR disputes from EOSCAR originated by ***********************. As required each dispute was investigated and responded to by the required response date.
