****** lured us into their facility by stating to us that everything is covered by ******** or ************* would owe nothing. *************************, in room 12B was also told the same thing. ********************* fell trying to get into bed when he slipped on some oil, someone had to come in clean it all up. We thought wyn should go to the hospital but they wouldn't take him. ****** tried to make lite of my hard fall, against a wooden nightstand hitting my right side along the ribs & was bruised very badly, i could not get up without help & i had been walking around before the fall. After the fall I could barely move without extreme pain & screaming out in pain. Have pictures of the bruises. They were trying to shine it on & only gave me pain medications when my wife intervened saying Wyn needed some pain relief. They did not want to bring in a doctor, but finally did after ******* insistence, she reached over by Wyn right & ribs and said it's just a bruise, would not aid him with some pain relief till ***** insisted. They later claimed they had taken exrays when ***** was sleeping, which ***** had not slept in the afternoon, so then they said they gave him exrays in the middle of the night. They would never show us, *********** the exrays, even after numerous attempts to see them, or answer our questions They were suppose to be feeding Wyn, but they were not & Wyn lost alot of weight -- documented their own weight machines & was very weak. He only put on weight when ***** was able feed Wyn. They gave Wyn Zanex that made him sleep all the time & when he did wake up he talked like a blubbering idiot. **************************** Home in ******* ***** is guilty of Patient **************** Harressment and Stress, Exploitation, Extortion, Theft, Holding *************** hostage for funds not owed. They broke into my account & stold almost $15,000.00. They messed around with my Direct Express so that I was blocked from using my own account & I had to have my account closed
