We used ***** with Enchanted Travel and she did an AMAZING job not only planning our 17 day European vacation, but also helping out while we were abroad. Starting with our flight out there our first flight was delayed and we were going to miss our connecting flight. While we were mid-air, she managed to book us on the next flight out and got us meal vouchers from the airline. We had a great time and I highly recommend her to anyone needing travel help.

One of the hardest parts of traveling for me, is the planning - i know if left up to me, thrips are short and on the fly; always fun but could be better. When i thought about a trip for my son’s spring break, i knew i wanted to take them to Hawaii, but how the hell do i plan that!? I will be honest, I was skeptical at first however the agency and agent was a referral from a close friend, so I gave it a shot. The initial process was simple - answered some questions regarding my trip and Amber Lynn did all of the work within less than a weeks time. Super simple and she did a fantastic job putting it together based on the details I provided. Step #1 done and a success. When it came to the actual time to take the trip - I am naturally a worrier, and had slight anxiety about any kind of hiccup including the plane arrangements, rental car, accommodations etc. I even called every facility the night before to confirm everything and i still worried. The entire trip went on without a misstep!!!! Everything worked out perfectly as planned, which put me at rest and I was able to enjoy everything with my two sons. Amber did an AMAZING JOB!! Not only was our hotel beautifully located, extremely nice and comfortable but it was within a walks distance from everything we planned to do. We absolutely loved our trip - the entire week was perfect!! Definitely an unforgettable experience for all three of us, and one i know my sons will never forget. We just got back from Hawaii on Friday and I have already been planning a girls trip for 2024. I cannot wait!! I will continue to use this agency and Amber for as long as possible - highly recommend ??

Booking with EVT was so easy and my travel agent Amber Lynn was super helpful and held my hand the entire way. I’m just graduating college and this is the first big trip I’ve booked by myself and Amber made is so seamless. She was very timely in answering any and all questions I had, even on her off days which I deeply appreciate.
