I hope this review will inform potential consumers and help them best decide where to take their business. **** Raesz and his sales associate ***********************, were incredibly dishonest and overall a huge waste of time to work with. They are now threatening us with collections/court. The timeline below is what we sent our attorney, as we are now possibly having to take legal recourse to hold this business accountable for their deceit and negligence. -08/14/21 Paid the deposit of 4K in person.-08/23/21 Contractors entered our home and installed flooring. Damaged every baseboard. We asked them to repair the damage by replacing the boards. We specifically asked them not to use caulk to hide the damage. They agreed in writing not to caulk the boards to the floor.-08/24/21 I arrive at the house and every board is caulked to the floor.-08/30/21 We give them a second opportunity to make repairs. **** raesz said he would supervise the repairs in person. He did not. We specifically asked **** Raesz to sign a contract with us before proceeding with any further work. We told them not to install baseboards without us being there in person. We arrived the same day to see that baseboards had been installed (unpainted) against our wishes.-09/24 At this point, we requested that we hire an outside contractor to make repairs. **** Raesz refused and demand that we allow him to make repairs.-09/27/21 I contacted *********************** to ask that they adjust the **** to pay for damages. *********************** agreed to make a **** adjustment when she received a quote from the contractor. She threatened to send me to collections if I did not have the quote by the end of the day -09/28/21 I obtained a detailed quote from *** to repair damages and sent it to ****.-09/29/2021 I followed up with **** for the adjusted invoice and she refused.This company also attached my name to the invoice when I am not the owner of the house, nor is my name associated with this address (I have my own house). This is all business with my partner.If anyone reads this and has also had issues with **** Raesz or ***********************, please don't let it slide. Sure, there are bad people in the world but they need to be held accountable.
