  Our truck hit a deer in April 2023. Belton Collision Center took over 30 days to complete the repairs and during the initial repair time the shop tried to get us to take the vehicle with missing parts and rubbing belts. With the repairs lasted more than 30 days, I had to pay over $275.00 in car rental experiences. The day we took possession of the truck, we drove it home from the shop, and the entire fan fell off the truck shredding the serpentine belt and destroying the fan and its blades. I contacted Belton Collision Center and they had to tow it back to the shop and it took another week to fix. Now it is March 2024, and the fan fell off the truck again. After having a different mechanic shop investigate reason for the fan falling off the truck and repairing it, it cost us an additional $1000.00+ for repairs and towing. Belton Collision use aftermarket parts, and reused parts that should have been replaced with new parts like a cracked battery that leaked acid. I would not trust another vehicle with this company. I could not give them a ZERO but after these repairs that is what this company deserves!

  Zero stars but it wouldnt let me. ***** and I have been in contact about my paint job he did over a year ago the work started cracking and needed to be redone. Granted he has life time warranty so I finally got to take my car back to him so he can do the paint again. He told me it would take Wednesday-Thursday so I had to get a rental. Since I had to get a rental I asked him if he would fix more paint job on my car he said yes h*** do it for $500 and since my insurance wouldnt pay for the rental for the repaint he said he would pay for the rental. I said cool okay next day I get the rental and drop my car off at his shop. His assistant ******** calls me like an hour later saying he aint paying for my rental and h*** do the new paint for $550. She told me he is only going to do the repaint and it will take one day. So why didnt ***** tell me this when I was confirming everything with him? So ******** calls me back again the next day saying my car is not going to be ready there is no way it will be done Thursday. So she tired to get him to keep his word on what he told me and nope! He left me stuck with a rental that he said he was going to pay for. I just know I will never go back to him or send people to him again! Crazy part about all this he has been getting my business for years and been knowing me since I was child. ****** learned dont fool with people who cant keep they word on business!! Ill be uploading the chat conversation as well because thats my proof.

  There's a really good reason for a lot of ONE STAR ratings on this business..., "It's because there is no way to leave it a ZERO"! Boss is almost always AWOL.., story about what they can and cannot do are changed daily, THEN they say it's my fault because I don't want the "alternative" solution to fixing my RV... then when "IMO" they've done about 1/2 of my original agreement, they gave me a $100 discount for not doing 'WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTED" ..., then as a last minute surprise, they charged an extra 3.5% on the credit card, so my ACTUAL DISCOUNT was $50.00...STAY THE **** AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THE 5 STAR RATINGS I SEE ON HERE ARE PROBLBLY PUT ON THERE BY THEY THEMSELVES....

  I not knowing anything about auto body collision and repair have had a major dent in the side of my truck for a very long time i decided to stop and just see what kind of money i would have to spend i went to caliber collision but they wouldn't just look and give me a rough estimate instead wanted me to leave it and they would get back with me. i left and stopped at Belton Collision i was greeted by the office lady "******** " i believe her name was i told her what i was looking to get " just a rough estimate that's all , she came out got my information and some pictures and assured a phone call to give me what i asked for just a rough estimate. i was a few min from my house and she called with a price i was very happy with i dropped my vehicle off and i was told they would call when it was done and ready for me to pick up. I didn't expect to hear from them so soon but sure enough it was ready 48 hours later and it was even detailed inside and outside washed. I was happy and would choose Belton Collision if ever i needed to agian.
