    This accounting firm purchased the previous accounting firm (******* Financial) I have used for the past 5 years in July 2023. They have not completed my personal or business tax returns. I am now subject to penalties from the *** for late tax returns. I have called the company and emailed several times to get a status on when my tax returns will be completed. I can not get a straight answer. The owner ***************** never responds to my phone calls or emails. He makes his assistant respond with the same answer - We can not give you an update as to when your tax returns will be complete at this time. I have not paid for their services yet since they have not completed my tax returns but they are holding my information hostage. I need this resolved as soon as possible. We were expecting a tax refund on our personal return and need the money now. In the past we have received our refund in July or August.
