After ordering a meal for my family today, my father stated he was going to wash his hands in the only restroom available in the store. The door to the restroom was locked. We knocked on the door, nobody answered or informed us it was occupied. We informed the young man at the register the bathroom door is locked, but no-one answered. The manager knocked on the door louder to elicit a response from anybody occupying the bathroom. Again no response. My family member attempted one more time to open the door, when all of a sudden the door aggressively flew open with a Mexican male/ with black shoulder length hair/ and a black 3 Parrot taco shirt on yelled why the **** are you knocking on the door so much, give me a **** minute! Flabbergasted I sat there watching this interaction with shock. The man that aggressively stated that towards my family was the store manager today. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. That aggressive manager swung open the door marching towards us yelling why are yall knocking on the door so f****** much?!? My fianc intervened stating he needed to calm down, that he was the manager and needed to behave like one. We were issued a refund in cash from the boy on the register. The rude aggressive manager was not willing to issue us a refund, he stated he would not. The cash register Mexican male was the only calm in the store. You could see on his face how ashamed he was of his co worker. We will NEVER GO BACK. The aggressive employee needs to promptly be fired to not make anyone else feel endangered/threatened.
