I called Annie's to get my elderly father a refund since the products were being sent to the wrong address for 5 months. The lady on the phone was rude and would not help resolve the issue. She then said to hold and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I just either want to products they charged him for or him to get refunded. Taking advantage of the elderly is horribleBusiness response

I got my kit from company, and I didn't like it, so I'd cancelled my subscription only to a kit the following month. I thought nothing of it but they sent the cost of kit to collections in my name. What a way to do business.Business response

I have received a third notice for books I did not want and I sent them back. The books were Tender Melody and At Summer's End. The bill said as of Jun. 11, 2021 I was charged for Tender Melody and on July 9, 2021 I was charged for At Summer's End and a late fee on Sept. 3, 2021 for $1.95 making my total bill of $45.96. I do not owe this money. I called in late Aug. to cancel the order and I was told they would credit my account. The first week of Sept. I received the third notice bill. I called again on Sept. 13 in the evening and waited on the line for 15 minutes and then I hung up. On Sept. 14 I called from 11:30am until noon when I was disconnected. I called again on Sept. 17 from 11:25am to 11:40 am and had no response, just permanent hold. I hung up. This is very frustrating and would you please help resolve this issue as I do not have these books and I do not owe this money. Thank you. ***** ********. Account #XXXXXXXXXXX IMHXXXXXX .
