On the return policy of rare coins and supplies, customer satisfaction and a confident buyer experience for our customers is very important to us. Great Southern Coins has an unconditional return policy if notified of the return within 30 calendar days of the buyer receiving the merchandise according to USPS tracking included with every shipment.
Bullion Returns: Due to the continuing fluctuation of the precious metals market, ALL BULLION RETURNS will be accepted in the form of an EXCHANGE if there was an error or problem with the listing.
All returned coins must be in their original holder.
All return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise.
