    I went to aspen dental to get implants. I financed the procedure through care credit. The loan was for around *****. After going in for several procedures they were not able to do the implants and had to do dentures instead which are about half the cost. The loan has since been paid in full so they got the full payment for the implant procedure. They are now refusing to refund the difference in the two procedures. I need help getting these people to refund my money

    On January 20th 2024 I received care from Aspen Dental for a broken tooth. Because the care I received was on a Sunday we were unable to file with my health insurance. I was told they would submit the claims, and that my insurance would have to approve them and that time period would be about 3 to six months. So far my insurance has stated that they only have one claim for a cleaning and the claim for the broken tooth has not been submitted. It has now been 7 months. I am only asking they they provide proof of the claims submitted and they help through this process as the charge was 1000 dollars and my insurance is saying that for the cleaning alone it would only have been 95 dollars.

    Aspen Dental in ******* are a bunch of amateurs. I had dentures for 5 weeks. I pulled a tooth fragment from my right side and have a bone sticking out of my left side. Can't eat and I am in pain. The teeth feel like they belong to someone else. The dentures do not align with my teeth and fall out when I try and eat anything. I cant even eat a banana. Last time I went for an adjustment I saw the actual dentist, He helped but I still have pain and cannot eat. My teeth were messed up by the 3D printer and the incompetent Technicians which were allowed to work on me with no supervision.It has been 7 weeks now and I am still in pain and can only eat baby food. My dentures fall out. Can you PLEASE HELP. They claim a money back guarentee, we will see.My Cell is ************

    I have spoken with patient, patient stated he is very happy with his immediate dentures. He stated when he filed his complaint it was a misunderstanding but he is doing great and loves his dentures and does not want to proceed with the complaint. He is very content with his denture he said he had sorted all this out with you guys already. Patient left happy out of our office today and touched basis on everything not further misunderstanding.
