    Took my semi in for repair, got it back with damage done to my truck. They didnt tighten any bolts or oil filters and left me stranded a day after getting my truck back. They will not take responsibility for the damage they caused. They wont look at cameras or even attempt to make it right.

    In response to this the customer that brought this vehicle in to us notified us only after a week had passed that his vehicle had damage to it. No employee of ours saw this damage when the vehicle was on or leaving the property and there was no camera footage of his vehicle being damaged while under our care or on our property. As far as the loose bolts, nuts and filter, One of the bolts was rattled loose and his truck was brought back to us. We did in fact fix another issue with his truck without compensation to correct this issue as well as attempting resolving this with him to our customer service standards. However, after reviewing the footage and speaking with our employees we do not find any truth to the claim of damage being done to vehicle while in our care. Furthermore, his insurance company also sided with our shop and notified us we were not responsible for the damages claimed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I have proof showing I messaged *************************** personal cell phone  on the proof I have time stamps showing the day and time in which I contacted him. Your other mechanic with ******* had informed me he had called you, but *** did not answer  as you and your husband were down south getting hammered and thats why you did not answer  also my proof shows I contacted ************************* two days after getting my truck back and also took it in to show the damage. I can always stop by and show you the texts I have with *************  also you are claiming you checked the cameras, but I was told you have no cameras that showed my truck coming in or exiting. So please explain to me how all of a sudden you can verify there was no damage  because a while ago you werent able to see my truck at all!

    No sir I'm sorry this is untrue. I have reviewed all your communications with ************** and there are several untruths you mention in your complaint. I was never involved in this process, and you dealt directly with ************** as he made things right with you. Your insurance company has spoken to the management directly and notified us that we are not liable for these damages. You've also made several threats to ************** in conversation in regard to defaming our company as well as threats to defame our business on all public and social platforms. There has been a serious lack of professionalism as well as respect from the complainant as we have completed work since the claim as well after receiving his truck back. We stand firm alongside his insurance company that we did not do this damage to his property and are not liable for the damages to this customers vehicle. We take pride in making things right if a customer is unsatisfied, however it does not appear this customer is looking for a resolution that fair and is merely looking for financial gain.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am not the liar here, I kindly told ******* we can continue conversations on BBB yelp or ****** reviews as Id like the public to see how unhonest you are. Not only as a company but also as human beings. Then you threatened me with a defamation lawsuit. There are not untruths to my god honest review. Its my first hand horrible experience that I am sharing so other customers do not get taken advantage of as well. I spoke with ****** (my insurance) he is also stating you are lying on his name as well. He never said you were not liable, you keep saying I told you a week(s) after which is also a lie. Also this is NOT a money grab, I went to your shop 4 different times for repairs. Why would I keep going back and also tell your shop Ill be a return customer (not now) if I just wanted to get over on you? All I want is the damage fixed and for YOU TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY.

    As you can see per the bill and the text message exchange that ******* did in fact take care of this for you. We did review camera footage after notification and no damage was seen being done to your vehicle on any of the occasions your vehicle was under our care. Your original complaint that you were told no camera footage was available is directly disputed by your own attachments you provided showing ************** told you he had just got in from the weekend and he had not reviewed it yet. We have made all reasonable attempts to resolve this matter with you prior to this complaint, however we will not accept any liability for damages that were not caused by our company or employee's.
