    I ordered a basket of various plants for a sick friend on behalf of a group of people on Friday mid- day to be delivered that day. I attempted to reach them to ask if flowers could be added, but there was no voicemail set up and no one answered the phone, I sent a message with the order. I was never contacted, and other then an order confirmation had no other correspondence. I found out on Sunday, that nothing had been received. I attempted to call again on Monday- same experience- no answer no voicemail. I contacted the people who process the orders. The person I spoke with said she would contact them, and asked if I still wanted it delivered. I told her if it was delivered that day yes, otherwise I'd expect a refund. They delivered a plant that did not remotely resemble what had been ordered, and again I found out via a friend. While I understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary, the total lack of communication was appalling. They never bothered to ask if I was ok with the change. I will never do business with this corporation again and certainly not with that florist!

    Joan, I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment with my company, Enchanted Rose. I was out of town on vacation when your order came through and it was left in the hands of my floral helper. I apologize that she did not communicate with you properly about the plant substitution. However, I assure you that the plant your friend received was beautiful and worth more than the small plant basket you ordered. She assumed you and your friend would be happy with the larger and fuller plant vs. the smaller ones that did look very healthy. But as soon as FSN let me know of your situation, I did reach out and left a message for you stating that we would be happy to offer you another arrangement free of charge to make up for an disappointment. That being said, I am absolutely appalled that you would feel it necessary to write such an awful complaint without speaking to me and giving me the chance to make things right for you.

    I tried TWICE to call the business during the order process. No one answered the phone, and the message was that the voicemail was not set up. Since it was a web order, there was an email address for communication as well, No one has ever reached out at all. I do not know where the message the owner stated was left, but it was not on my phone, I have contacted the BBB 3 times in my life. This friend is 90, lives with her daughter, so the choice was deliberate. Of course, that is communication comes in. I worked over 60 hours a week for many years, and people knew that email was easier, as I couldn't always be available by phone. Either would have been acceptable, but neither happened.
