    Placed an order for one item online in *** for $*****. I had to send multiple emails and DMs through their Instagram page which hosts their online store. They kept telling me they would check on my order. I continued to call and email and they would. or answer. I also filed a complaint with the state of Texas.

    I purchased two pieces of jewelry from this company on ***** ** ****. I was told that it would be shipped ***** **. This company has not provided me with a tracking number. When I reached out to ***** ** ** **** in **** he told me that the label rubbed off and he would ship it the next day. Today is ****** ** and my order status still says awaiting fulfillment. They will not answer their phone, I have left so many voicemails, they will not answer emails or respond to the chat option on their website. I have demanded a refund multiple times and they will not respond.

    The date of this dispute is ********. I made a purchase ********* and have not received my product. I have emailed, tried connecting on their facebook page, and called. This is extremely frustrating as he only response I have received is, "We will get back to you." I will check on you order, and yet 6 months later I have not received the product or any help. I am not please with the integrity of this business. I would like help getting my prouduct and restitution for the lack of customer service. My friend had also made an order and still has not received the product. The other frustration I purchase a piece of Jewerly from this person in support of a friend who was collaborating with this business. THis is not good for my friends image who had no idea this business was so lousey in all aspects.
