              On January 5 2021 had eye exam done ,need a new lens ,had measurements done ,went back for glasses with old frame, wek after went to have it adjusted ,was told it wlil takes weeks to get used to it ,moving forward had the lenses chg 3 times for they were out of focus ,then they asked that i goto another clinc for another's refraction, i refused because i don't drive long distance,so iwent back to have them give me a refund,o was told that i wont get a full refund because of the eye exam og 65.00 dollars, i paid 250.00 ,do i said thats ok,i kept calling them was told that the owner will not give a refund caused the expense of the lenses ,merchant failed to provide the service and product due to customer.
