      I had contacted you multiple times in the last couple of weeks. We do not have service, we have had not service since 3/11/25. I had contacted them a left voice mails. As not voice mail response I sent emails on 3/16/25 and 3/25/25. There is not way to contact you guys no even by ********. This is really so unprofessional. WHOEVER IS reading this, do not use the service from this company. We had paid in advanced for two years until 2026, and we do not have service for almost a month now. We had have to use an alternative email but there is no way to know if we have received any other important emails from any other possible prospect or customer. In the last year or so the service has been horrendous, there have been multiple time with lengthy service outages without response. But this last time has top it up. NO RESPONSE at ALL. This is really unacceptable. IF YOU ARE OUT OF BUSINESS you should return our money for not providing the required services. No a call back or an email back. PLEASE TO ALL PEOPLE OUT THERE DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS with ***. They have become very unresponsive. At this time I just want to close my account with them and move my business somewhere else. I'm really tired of the poor communication and customer service. ********* service has been extremely bad.

      Sorry for the troubles. We sent instructions on the move of your account to a new server in March. When we received this complaint I saw the account had not been moved so i moved it over for you just now and changed the *** to the appropriate ***. We are happy to give you a partial refund if you want to keep the website up or a full refund if you want to cancel the service. We are answering phones, emails and chats all day every day so I am not sure why we did not get yours but we are sorry for the lack of communication. I show you have a yahoo email account associated with your account and we know sometimes our emails do not go through to yahoo but i can't tell you why emails may not have gone through.

      If we the email  you would have received a ticket number. If you don't mind including those in your response we will use that to look further into why we did not respond to your requests.

      We will credit your account for several months of service if you decide you want it or refund the entire amount and cancel the account completely. Just let us know your preference.

      GKG.net has been my business website host for over 20 years. I have recently closed my business and already have a buyer for my domain name. A transfer of domain ownership requires email confirmation from the person who originally registered the domain. When I went to transfer my domain name ownership I found that when I originally opened my account with *** 20 years ago, I had used an email which has since been deleted. I was unable to contact *** customer support after MANY attempts. Finally I was able to get help through their chat person. I jumped through all the hoops required to get my contact email changed to my regular *** email address, but that required *** to put a 90 day hold on the transfer of my domain. Ok, thats fine. However since then and after I went through all the trouble to get my now defunct Gmail account changed to my regular GKG.net email account, the *** email system crashed and I am unable to send or receive new emails. Its been two weeks now since my email has worked. That means I will not be able to transfer my domain without going through the contact email change again! Paying the fee twice and having to wait another 90 days! And if they dont respond, then what will I do? How will I be able to transfer it then? The buyer has already given my half the selling amount. *** will not respond to phone calls or return voice mails, they wont respond to emails, and their appears to be no more chat option. I need to know if their email problem will be fixed by April 20. If it won't, how will I be able to transfer my domain name?

      Business does not answer phone or respond to emails. In short, they have completely stopped any support and I currently have domains essentially being held hostage by them that I am unable to transfer. Total nightmare.

      GKG.net hosts my domain name, ************, and web hosting service. The registration lapsed on feb 12, 2025 for which I have tried in vain to login and update the registration. My passwords did not work, attempts to update them fail because of a system error that does not recognize the updated password. I have attempted to use their webpage chat tool which does not work, their zohodesk error reporting tool which does not work, their phone numbers take voice mail which do not get response and do not get response to their *************** email or **************** This has been a problem since 2/12/25.I want to get my domain back online and restore email service. If you can help get this to happen, it would be most appreciated.

      I'm not sure why you were not able to reset your password but i'm guessing either your email address is no longer accurate or you might be on the AT&T network (hotmail ********* *** and a few other large email providers are on the AT&T network and they are blocking email affecting everyone on the internet).

      You domain had been deleted so i went in and restored it for you and added the invoice to your hosting account and paid for it that way. It is renewed. If you need help during the day getting into your account, contact us by Chat or phone and we are happy to help you reset your password. Also, if you have a ticket number, we can respond via email. If you don't have a ticket number we did not get your email to **************** FYI.

      I have purchased domain hosting service and domain registration service from GKG.net for years. My last payment for hosting was $43.08 on June 28th, 2024, for a year of service. However, my email service has been error-ridden for many months, and *** has not offered any support. They do not answer my email, and their voicemail is full.Because of this poor service, I attempted to transfer my registration (and subsequently my email hosting) to *********. However, it failed, because I *** had not provided a transfer authorization code. I cannot contact them to ask for the code. Again, they do not answer my email, and their voicemail is full.I have used my domain, *************, for decades. It has personal and practical value to me. I do not want to lose it. I want to use it with a viable service provider. I need that transfer authorization code.

      I am needing to renew the domain name registration for *********************** and *********************** and the company (which appears to be a single person) does not answer the phone, does not respond to voice mail and does not respond to email

      We are answering the phone all day, we are responding to emails and chat all day as well. If you are having trouble getting through try our chat from our website. If you have a ticket number, which is what you get from sending in an email, send me the trouble ticket number and i can respond directly. If you sent an email and didn't get a ticket number we did not get your email.

      To renew your domain log into your account and renew it from there. If you are having trouble getting into your account we can renew it for you. Try us via chat if you are having trouble other ways.

      I complained to *************** about GKG's domain hosting malware. No one has responded to my complaint since the 18th, and it is not being processed. Even the customer service is not online, which seriously violates *****'s *** agreement. I have already complained to *** about violating the *** agreement, and ***** has recorded it in the database and is processing it.

We just don't have any record of their submitting any report. We also categorically deny that we host or have ever hosted any malware site. Please have them provide proof of this statement.       Hello, BBB, and thanks for trying to resolve this.GKG is an internet web hosting site located in *********** (phone ************). I've worked with them for probably 20 years and have had reasonable service in the past, with occasional problems.But last week, I stopped getting my email. That puts me out of ***********, I called and emailed them. And they have have been completely unresponsive. I can't reach them, even at what the owner, Mr. **** ******, said is his personal cellphone number last week **************. When I call, the number doesn't work and I can't text it either. So I am unable to do business or get email for a week because of ****I have decided to switch my hosting because of these problems. But in order to do that, *** needs to unlock my domain (*****************), which for some reason they have locked, AND provide me with something called an "EPP code/authorization key." I need both of those so that I can transfer my webhosting to another company (otherwise, that can't be switched).Here is what the new host says I have to do:1, "Unlock your domain: Domain locks prevent unauthorized domain transfers. Be sure to unlock your domain just before transferring it so that it can be transferred successfully. The lock status of your domain can be viewed in your WHOIS information.2. "You will need to get your EPP code/authorization key from your current registrar in order to transfer your domain. EPP codes/authorization keys expire, so you should ensure that you get them shortly before transferring your domain."GKG is completely unresponsive at any phone number, email or text.And I am current and more in all payments to them and have been a good client for many years.Thanks for your help! I really need it!******* ***** ***************** *******************

He did in fact have my personal cell number but for some reason the calls ever showed to have arrived on my cell phone. I have a backup phone because this happens quite often.       The complaint is with regard to the registration of the following domains: caro-mitis.com caromitis.com siliconheights.info siliconwafers.info I am the confirmed representative of the owner of these domains. The *** has requested the owner to perform additional contact info verification and has suspended these 4 domains while charging money for their registration. The owner has provided the required verification of his info, but *** continues to keep these 4 domains in the parked state. Now the renewal of the account is due in 2 weeks; and *** demands the payment to renew - while continuing to keep the domains inactive/parked. Numerous attempts to reach *** via email and via the phone they advertise have utterly failed - *** chose to ignore all our communications and does not respond either to emails or to voice mail. for the last few business days *** voice mail does not accept any more messages - their mailbox is apparently full. This situation is the course for serious concern -we want the domains stay active and operational. However in the situation when *** chose to ignore us, it is unclear whether we can even move the domain registrations to aa different provider.Attaching email trail with *** for the reference.
