            Was sold A LEMON! On 6/27/2023 Tuesday! My ********* got a used ****************************************************************************************** order & get it cleaned up. Coming Friday 6/30 they tell us everything is good, vehicle is in great *********** ready for pickup. Not even 5 min after my fianc drove it off the lot. The trucks breaks down, ** goes out alongside the transmission. So how did the shop really check everything? Luckily we got the extended warranty on it. Otherwise wed be responsible for all those repairs. We call our sales person & told him what was happening & he said to bring the truck by the dealership & well take care of it. The car was not drive able. The truck got towed the next ************** had the truck for a month and half. Kept on giving us the run around, poor communication. Nobody really knew or cared enough to tell us what was going on. Multiple calls and emails from us trying to see an ET on the truck and 8/19 they tell us the truck is ready. Well it wasnt the ** still wasnt working and by this point we are ******. We are paying for a truck that we dont have. Meanwhile they did provide us with a loaner. However we put good faith into ************************* want the truck we bought or to be traded into a different one. At a reasonable price. Ive never had a worse experience than dealing with such unprofessional, careless dealership in my life. They dont care what they sell you or how its presented as long as they sell it. September 7th we are still waiting on our truck to be fixed. Its always a delay of some kind. We even went in to take a look at other trucks. They tried to sell one to us, Reeking of cigarettes with cigarette butts still on the floor. That should tell you everything they dont care!!!! Couldnt even care enough to vacuum. How does anybody do business like that. Every time we looked at a different truck they had to run our credit again. Making our credit worse. Youd be better off going through drive time!!!

            Worst Dealership regretting coming here. Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram next day all lights pop up on dash board called them had to come from ******* to Texas to get fixed .When I told ************** lived in ******* to make long story short they give you the run around Worst customer service ever all they want is your money and they will tell you what to tell the bank Scammers once they get there cut your on your own watch carefully how you deal with them they'll tell you bank wants more money but in reality it's them I started with 2000 down and they robbed me 3500 .I told them right away the truck had issues did not give me chance to test drive it but watch out the 2 people that sold me my truck are not there no more ****** and ***** finance guy I wonder why ****,***** is his last name ***** all of them are in the Scam told me to bring the truck to dealership and they would work with me not just gave me the run around oh my his manager this and that had to make 2 trips and **** just told me straight out you either keep the truck or lose your money.So I walked away mad till the last day **** insisted for me to tell bank i was going to proceed all they wanted is to get paid by ACA the financial bank.But i rather loose my Deposit then do business with Scammers??So with this being said be careful and aware do not them trick you with more down.
