    ***** is SUPER unprofessional, she called me due to me wanting free of the lease because of a failure to repair and a failure to comply with code enforcement. So in early July the ceiling above the toilet started leaking I called the emergency line and requested maintenance and the guy did not show up until 9PM at night and said he wasn't going to fix it because it would take too long and told me to call and text him directly and never came back fast forward to August and the leak still hadn't been fixed and the drywall started to mold and me and my pregnant girlfriend were both getting sick as we are both asthmatic. I sent a repair demand letter for pest control, fixing of the leak and a toilet replace as the tank wasn't filling right and was leaking damaging the floor. Code enforcement went out and made their own demand letter for floor fixes, painting over wall textures and window fixes. That was never done so to protect my girlfriend, unborn baby and myself we left and ***** thought I should've stayed in those living conditions and said she did not care about anything other than breaking the lease and me wanting *********** back. The fridge had also went out and ruined and spoiled all my food and was totally unsympathetic and totally disregarded the fact that our food was wasted and that I should receive a check because of that because her workers didn't want to take that situation seriously. ***** also was supposed to look at unit first hand and call me back and has not done so and instead is probably ******* repairs to make me look like a liar and avoid paying me ***********. JNB platinum properties needs to be out of business this is ridiculous and the amount of people who make complaints and are treated to be the problem is unacceptable, unethical and to some degree has to be illegal someone needs to investigate ASAP there is too much about this place at Woodriver apartments in ************** ** ***** to fit in this complaint

    We have agreed to release ********************** from his lease and further obligation to pay rent.  I am very sorry that repairs were not made as timely as ********************** thought they should be.

    We will process a deposit refund less the outstanding electric bill that we received for his unit.  It was his responsibility to have the electric service in his name.  Further, we will not charge ********************** for the damages to the bathtub (it is stained red) or any other damages to the home.

    Better Business Bureau:

    Although the response is still implying that there is damages to the unit that were done by me (which werent) I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I have holes in my roof from a / c hose leaking, and now they leak on my floor and have caused black mold to grown around the area where water leaks. I have sent numerous requests, and they only schedule them for repairs but then has been going on for over 6 months and not one time has anyone worked on it. I have placed tape, so it can hold back some of the water that constantly comes out of the hole. I have made calls and requests through their portal and no effort to fix it.
