    I was connected to this provider via my warranty company. Upon asking some clarifying questions to help manage my expectations I was met with unprofessional behaviors and hung up on. When I questioned their basic customer service polices (as I had left two VM that went unanswered; as well as the warranty company leaving messages) I was told that I would no longer be "dealt with" and that my work order would be cancelled and I would need to start over with my warranty company. The unprofessional tones/yelling certainly didn't match my simple questions to obtain some clarity on the situation.
